[Railworks Austria] RWA Railjet Advanced Update V2

It doesn't react at all to any signals from Rivet. I haven't tested whether it reacts to a stop signal. The only thing that ZUB did was overspeed protection (at 15 over speed limit it warns you, at 20 over limit it applied the brakes)

With the ones from Schuster, it does receive signal information. But it doesn't work properly.

For example, I passed a signal with 60 now and 40 at the next signal. It showed 90 at the display and the red light on the ZUB display was lit. Which isn't supposed to happen.

Another signal was full clear. I was accelerating to 90 kph (which was the allowed line speed), about 10 metres before passing it, I received a Zwangsbremsung out of nowhere while at approx. 80 kph.

I haven't seen any ZUB working properly. Not Rivet's, not RWA's and not K-Trains's

You’re only allowed to accelerate once your entire train is past the signal, so you probably violated the still active speed restriction. It was probably your fault then and ZUB did its job.

In general, TrainworX only *emulates* ZUB on non-Rivet routes. This is indeed buggy in some cases, especially on a complex route such as Zurich - Olten.

Rivet’s ZUB on the other hand doesn’t really simulate the full functionality, as there is no such thing as Zwangsbremsung if you don’t confirm a restricted signal or overspeed, AFAIK.

In my experience, K Trains’ ZUB works best, although not 100% bug-free in all possible cases either. (Unfortunately not working anymore since the last update - Dominik promised to look into this a long time ago.)

Rumour has it that with the release of Olten - Bern there will be a patch for the SBB signals in order to allow for ZUB to work properly between signals and loco, similar to Rivet’s signals. If the Add-on you’re driving has the respective full functions (i. e. K Trains, TrainworX to some degree and maybe the projected ones from Zinnia ), it might work properly with those in the future.

RWA’s RailJet should then work properly too.

I do not have Dreiländereck, but RWA’s ZUB seems to work on that route, by the way.

Habe mir gestern den Railjet gekauft und habe irgendwie das Problem, dass ich nach einem Halt die Bremskraft nicht komplett gelöst bekomme...

Alle Bremssysteme nochmals angelegt und gelöst (AFB ist eingeschaltet, Türsteuerung auf ÖBB (Arlbergbahn)), aber die meiste Zeit bleibt die Geschwindigkeit bei 80 Kmh stehen, auch wenn die AFB bspw. auf 100Kmh eingestellt ist.

Habe ich in der Readme etwas übersehen? (Hab das Schnell aufrüsten benutzt)

Hast du auch den Fahrhebel komplett auf null gezogen? Also nicht F0 sondern komplett auf null?

Ich kann ohne Probleme anfahren. Auch fährt die 1116 ohne Probleme 160.

Also, habe das folgendermaßen gemacht:

Fst.1 werde ich gespawnt, danach Schnellaufrüsten.

Anschließendschalte ich PZB und Sifa aus, AFB an, inkl. Geschwindigkeit vorwählen.

Hierbei ist der Fahrhebel auf null (Blau)

Dynamische + Zugbremse lösen

Lokbremse lösen (grün VO?) Denn auf null/ Blau tut sich ja erst recht nix und die Lok setzt sich nicht in Bewegung, auf VO (wie es scheinbar sein soll) hingegen zwar schon,

wenn ich bspw. aber die AFB beim Anfahren auf z.B. 80 Km/h stehen habe, bleibt die Lok bei 40 Km/h und schaltet nicht weiter Leistung auf.

Manchmal bei 80 Km/h, warum weiß ich nicht.

Konnte ich nicht wirklich reproduzieren.

Nach dem Halten an Bahnhöfen bspw. sind es dann auf einmal 80...

Das DDI zeigte bei der Fahrt über die Arlbergbahn auch im Laufe der Zeit eine immer höher steigende Bremskraft an.

Anfangs waren es 0 kwh, am Ende über 700kwh...

Änderte sich nach jedem Halt an Bahnhöfen, obwohl ich alle Bremsen immer wieder gelöst hatte...

Muss denke ich an der AFB liegen, wenn die aus ist hab ich keine Probleme.

Ich hab jetzt mal die 1016/1116 und 1216 mit den Eurofirma von RWA getestet. Hab da keine Probleme. AFB und PZB sind eingeschaltet.

Erst Schnellstart und dann gehts schon ab mit 150.

40 und 80 klingt nach PZB-Überwachungsgeschwindigkeiten (45 und 85). Die Lok besitzt die Fähigkeit, bei aktiver PZB-Beeinflussung die Überwachungsgeschwindigkeit automatisch einzuhalten. Wahrscheinlich ist diese Funktion, trotz ausgeschalteter PZB, im Hintergrund noch aktiv.

Ich gehe von einem Bug aus.

Probiere doch mal, nach dem Losfahren PZB-Frei zu bedienen. Evtl. beschleunigt die Lok dann weiter.
