Jepp, keine Mail bekommen. Keine Zeit für den TS, mein Auto ist schmutzig, Portemonnaie ist leer, das Brot ist alt, die Wurst schimmlig... Alles weitere ist dann aber doch zu intim

Auch das "Abbonieren des Newsletter" aktiviert? Bei mir nicht, dann kann auch keine E-Mail kommen ... sollte auch aktiviert sein?! Einmal überprüfen

die Newsletter erhalte ich einwandfrei. Daran liegt es nicht.
@Ulf: Oder gibt es noch irgendwo einen versteckten Haken, den man gesetzt haben muss? Ich hatte mal auf einer Homepage das Problem, dass der Zustand einer Zustimmung für das Versenden einer Nachricht zwar abgefragt wurde, die Nutzer diese Zustimmung aber gar nicht gesehen haben.

Hallo.Ich habe ein Problem mit der 218. Wenn ich sie starte dannach springt die Schnell- und Langsamgang auf Langsamgang autom. um . woran kann das liegen kann mir da einer helfen
Mit dem Steuerkopf hinten dranne? Einfach los fahren, bei ca 30 km/h geht der Schnellgang wieder rein. Liegt am TS der funkt da etwas zwischen, stellt aber sonst kein Problem dar. Ansonsten bitte an den vR Support wenden.
Maybe stupid question - is the problem with English version solved? My friend tells me, that even after the last upgrade of the Blue-Beige version the problem persists. I thought about buying this loco but in this situation it is very bad deal...
The problem is not the BR218, the problem is the DVT Bnrdzf and that is not updated yet because I am still searching for the problem why the shop doesn´t send an update mail to the customers.

but there was an issue with the English version of the BR218 pack V6, right? Was it fixed? Can I safely download the V6 dated Feb 27, 2020 - is the English version alright there?

Yes it is fixed, but until the Bnrdzf has no update the communication problem still exists.
I am afraid that "fixed" is true only partialy - the loco instruments work but the message system (in English) does not - so here is still place for improving.

What exactly is the problem? Is it OK that I reinstall the newest BR218 vrot v6 (the newest one dated today - 03/06) over my v5? Or should I hold back?
My BR218 with Stw did not work from day one. Kudos to Ulf who tried to solve this, but not yet solved. My problem is (or was) I always install English. Up to the BR 218, all other vR worked fine. Not so anymore. I have installed now to and back BR 218 in German and English till Kingdom Come, and it is still not working. My advice would be to hold back until Ulf (as he has admitted here) will fix what remaining problems.
Wait a second, Ulf claims the problems are now solely related to the Stw pack. I don't have the Stw pack, I only care about the BR218... from the above it seems that Ulf is not planning to release any further updates to the BR218... are you saying that the BR218 pack still has a problem?
