[Train Motion] DR - Doppelstockwagen Paket

    Die Fahrzeuge von Train Motion sind schon exellent, allerdings die Preise auch. Für Z2 Pack über 40.-€ das Doppelstockpack fast 50,-€.Frage mich wer kann sich das in Rumänien leisten?

    Bekomme ich den Verdacht es sind "Spezialpreise" für Westeuropa *denk*

    Mir ist es egal ob ein Führerstand dabei ist, Hauptsache ein Steuerwagen ist dran. Fahre eh viel von außen. Vom Preis her trotzdem in Ordnung, die letzten Wagen waren es auch wert.


    Man könnte ja das Cab der Dostos von Onkel Di nutzen.

    Ist nur Spekulatius, aber in Rumänien wird sich das vermutlich kaum einer leisten (wollen/können).

    Ich bin mir auch ziemlich sicher, dass das ein "zielgruppengerichteter" Preis ist, wohl wissend, dass viele vor allem Deutsche das auch bezahlen.

    Auch vermute ich, dass deswegen mit den Alex-Wagen und den neuen alten Dostos extra Wagen gebaut wurden, die das deutsche Publikum gezielt ansprechen.

    Für rumänische Verhältnisse dürfte da kein schlechter Umsatz herausspringen.


    Würde jedenfalls alles Sinn machen, oder?

    Also da unter dem Video Kommentare sind (teilweise sogar durch Train Motion beantwortet), schätze ich, dass YouTube bei Dir wahrscheinlich gerade streikt... Es sei denn Train Motion hat was gegen Dich persönlich...

    Hello, I see a lot of comments regarding the price here.

    As we posted on our Facebook page, for the Dostos Full Pack (18 cars), the price/car is 2.34€, which is less than other developers.
    If we made smaller packs then some would probably ask "Why isn't that paint scheme/variation there?" as in the case of the Sputnik car without the DB "biscuit", if we do larger packs, the price is too big..


    Please take into consideration the details of the body, bogie, passenger view (it has cameras in the whole interior which as far as we know is a very rare feature among doubledecker cars in any train simulator), sounds, plus other fine details.
    Not to mention that these are vintage cars, so making an accurate replica of them requires extra research, especially regarding the body textures so that it looks as real as possible.

    A good example of extra research involved is the Bautzen Z2 "Komfortwagen" cars of which there are very few photos of the interior, but they were still done for Train Simulator and in a realistic fashion.


    Speaking of the "extra" Z2 cars, of which you say that we are making them just for the "extra money", no, this is not the reason. The reason was to complete the Z2 pack because the "Komfortwagen" and the prototypes were not available for Train Simulator. And yes these products are made for you, the German public, but not from a price perspective as I explained above. The RO public is not as interested although they bought the packs too.


    Also, because you ask if anyone in Romania could afford these prices, we also have Romanian modernized doubledeckers on our site which is a 12-car pack with a price/ car of 3.33€, which Romanians appreciated and bought. As you can see, the German Full Pack has a better price/car ratio.

    I hope this will bring some light on the matter as this will be our last comment about the price that we put on our work. We hope that you understand that, and focus on the more positive things we hardly created for you to enjoy.

    Ps: traurig schon wieder die Preisdiskussionen zu lesen. Einfach mal froh sein, das so etwas kommt..

    I'd also suggest offering designated packs for a smaller price i29 . This is not because Germans are stingy, but much more because the situation on a whole has changed for many people during the last three years - especially financially - so people tend to take more consideration in what is really essential. Also, don't ignore that TSC has crossed its peak some time ago, with newer generation simulators coming online, like eg. TSW3 or SimRail.


    Concluding this, it's not against you, per se, but much more the evolution of time. Your products are looking great and I'll look into getting them, but if I may suggest:


    designated packs for a smaller price and a discount if one takes more than for example two sets during purchase.

    Mod Schmiede haben damals diese Wagen gebaut, dazu gibt es auch einen -in etwa- passenden Führerstand. Wäre ein Nachbau denkbar ?

    Leider sind im Netz keine Originale verfügbar :(

    Mod blacksmiths built these cars back then, and there is also a roughly matching driver's cab. Would a replica be conceivable?

    Unfortunately there are no originals available online :(

    Jo für mich auch bei Vr, weil hier dazu etwas kam, gibt es immer noch zu mindes eine Lok mit dazu, im Pack, hier noch nicht mal ein Fahrbar Steuerwagen, sehr schlecht, denke nicht das es arg großen absatz bringen wird, aber gut, für mich ist es leider niy, 50€ für ein paar wagen, sorry da bleibe ich bei 3dzug und vr die machen, denke ich auch gute Arbeit für vernüftige Preis!Lg

    Leider hab ich LRS , ich versuchs ja, aber es klappt nicht immer, bitte um Nachsicht!

    Vielleicht hilft ein Auruf bei DSO was? Hilfreich wären auch Hersteller-Werbeprospekte und Original-Betriebsanleitungen der DR/DBAG mit Fotos und Skizzen, wenn sowas noch existiert.

    Weil wir hier ja so schlechte Erfahrungen mit Rollmaterial-Upgrades gemacht haben...

    hmmm ... nach allem was ich bisher sehen konnte, sind das eher 4 Wagenpakete - da wären wir also bei etwa 12€ pro Wagenpaket.

    Klar, einige der Wagen gab's auch schon bei RW0381 (sind mittlerweile bei 3DZug) . Stellt sich halt die Frage, was die von TrainMotion im Vergleich mehr zu bieten haben (3D-Modell Details, Innenansicht, Sound, .. ) und ob einem das die Anschaffung wert ist, wenn man die rw0381 Versionen schon hat.

    Was mich beeindruckt:

    - Innenansichten (hat rw0381 nahezu nichts)

    - Außenmodell Wintertexturen: find ich toll, gibt's bei Rollmaterial leider viel zu wenig


    ... nunja, mal gucken. Aber das was ich bisher sehe, sieht für mich schon nach Kauf aus.
