In real life there is no stopping service from Vlissingen to Dordrecht. There is however a 'Intercity' that stops on every intermediate station between Roosendaal and Vlissingen and runs without stops from Roosendaal to Dordrecht and further to Lelystad. Since 2013 there is no more 'Sprinter'-service from Roosendaal to Vlissingen. The Intercity had to stop on every intermediate station, so since 2013 it takes 25 minutes longer to get from Vlissingen to Roosendaal by train. For the next few years it's very unlikely that a Sprinter-serivce will return, but it's up to the local government. The only train that runs over Roosendaal - Vlissingen is a Intercity from Vlissingen to Lelystad using the VIRM's every 30 minutes and some cargo to Vlissingen Oost (Sloe). Between Roosendaal and Dordrecht there are Sprinter-sevices from Roosendaal to Den Haag CS, the Intercity from Vlissingen to Lelystad and the Intercity from Amsterdam CS to Brussels South. From Dordrecht to Breda (in this route Dordrecht - Lage Zwaluwe) there are services from Den Haag CS to Venlo and Sprinter services from Breda to Den Haag CS.
Oh, and if you like diesel trains the Oost-Nederland-route is also a very nice route. Another nice looking route (currently in development) is the Ijssellijn.
