On British E-loks the fans are automatic, there is no manual control. Perhaps I should clarify a little, when you place the reverser in forward or reverse the fans are switched on automatically, they will switch off when the reverser is in Neutral or off. On British diesels with electric transmission the fans run permanently when the Diesel is running.

I used to be with O2, but I had many problems with them and moved to sky.

I am downloading the pack now, I am getting between 1200 & 2000 kbs, so I don't think it is the site. I have heard that Deutsche Telekom were throttling certain types of downloads, don't know if either of you use them.
-
Just another way of confirming that the patch is for all liveries. I think you should check your internet providers' policies if other downloads are ok, because I get a very fast download normally. It looks as if you either have a connection problem or your provider is throttling your download.
-
The patch will apply to all relevant liveries. I will download the full pack again when things calm down. The site is very busy, this is a very popular model like the class 90 and BR103, and probably a lot of people will re-download the pack rather than the patch.
-
To be honest I haven't bothered yet, I simply posted what was on Facebook, but being very tired I assumed it was a re-download as it often is, rather than a patch as written. Sometimes your eyes see what they expect to see

There is now a patch for the 321 pack, please re-download the add-on from your account
contains the following fixes:- TPWS unit light glows corrected
- Silverlink and Silverlink Unbranded liveried DTCOs now show the correct destination when 00993 (Not In Service) is selected.
- AWS sunflower now works after saving and reloading a scenario
- Class 320 DTSO-B doors now open correctly
-
An updated patch is now available on UKTS, so I would think it will become available here again soon
-
On the real 321 the motors are on the middle car with the pantograph, so in the cab you hear mostly wind and track noise. Not sure about how audible the doors are from the cab, not too much I would have thought, certainly the alarm would be heard.

As the title says another beautiful British Steam Loco will appear details here https://www.facebook.com/SteamSoundsSupreme A pity they can't be persuaded to make a German add-on, but I suspect they would need a partnership for that if they could be interested

Have to agree the AP pack is far superior to the DG pack, both in content and features. Performs much more like the real thing. But each to his own, if you don't want the different liveries for future scenarios and you are happy with rocket science physics and DG sounds then by all means stick with the DG one. I have to agree it is like comparing VR and Vizzart, & including 8 AP scenarios with the pack makes it even better value.

A hot-fix for the scenario problem is now available from JT here http://www.justtrains.net/supp…olling-stock-pack#d8be38c
-
There have been problems with the scenario for people on UKTS, JT support have been made aware

A lot of chinese freeware here on treinpunt NL http://forum.treinpunt.nl/inde…tion=downloads;sa=search2 Links are working, but you must register.
-
If you don't have the required stock a workshop scenario will normally download, but not install into the game. You can install it manually from the download folder. Unfortunately I am at work so cannot tell you the location of the folder.

According to this notice on uktrainsim it will be released this week http://www.uktrainsim.com/inde…adreport&form_report=1752 I think this will be a very interesting package.
Edit: if you already have a UKtrainsim subscription or a lot of patience there are already freeware packs for a very interesting chinese diesel loco, & wagons and a route which although not finished is nice.
Loco etc http://www.uktrainsim.com/Free…ThePacks&pack_id=CNStock1
Route: http://www.uktrainsim.com/Free…p=ThePacks&pack_id=QiLian
Unfortunately the SS6 e-lok has been removed. -
Apparently DG are now investigating this add-on
, @ Werry: I think our donation would be wasted, they don't seem to read books or magazines, at least not with their eyes open it would seem.

As above missing MSL, also wrong numbers, should be more opening passenger windows and that is only what can be seen so far. Looks like a half hearted re-skin of the S & C class 158. Not a good reception on FB so far. Amazing that the same company can publish this from themselves and something like the new steam rail-car from a third party, yet feel no shame.
-
Now updated to resolve a problem at Glasgow with one of the original scenarios.
-
I cloned version 3 then installed version 4 over the original, so far I have had no problems. I Know some of the area covered by the route from my travels in the 90's, some scenery is missing particularly trees on the Souest line.
