For fans of British steam Matrix trains have just released the Southern Railway Bulleid coaches, a pack of 11 different types of coaches in three liveries, They come quickdrive ready. http://matrixtrains.myminto.com/Default.aspx?pcv=MjEyMA% 3d% 3d these are suitable for use with the Bulleid pacific locos from DT, JT and IHH, the Schools and U Class from Steam Locos Collection, many of the British standards and Green Diesels that were used on the Southern region of British Rail. I would post screenshots but I am not sure what is allowed here, normally I use a thumbnail link to photobucket, do I simply use the attachment tab when typing a message?

I have both, but unfortunately I can't quite understand your problem, other than it is something to do with changing ends.
-
At the time the logo was often referred to as the Chunnel Polo Mints, not sure if you have these sweets in Germany. Yes if you want it simple then DTG loks are ideal, if somewhat boring. But still disappointing when they had professional advice.
-
@ Bluey, they are not toilet windows, they are the original Euro-tunnel symbols. There is an angry post on UKTS from a real life instructor on these locos, he gave advice to DGT and had been offered to beta test the loco, but it was released without this happening. He says that operationally there are major errors in the loco, and of course the sounds are terrible.

New scenario pack for this route now available from Armstrong Powerhouse set in the 80's http://www.armstrongpowerhouse…ct/product&product_id=140
Edit, also includes high definition re-skins -
There are some nice re-skins for the class 143 available here http://www.dpsimulation.org.uk/rf72reskins.html

Modern electrics like the class 90, 91 & 92 react differently to neutral sections in real life, you don't need to shut of power, the loco takes care of everything automatically, there should only be a very brief loss off power. But even that is not simulated in the 91 unfortunately, maybe some bright spark will create a patch for this, and I'm sure that AP already has plans for a sound pack. Given the early release I wonder if we will get something else tomorrow? Class 92 or BR 145 maybe.
-
The 92 is used also on the West Coast mainline and some are also able to operate on CTRL1.

Armstrong Powerhouse have now updated their class 143 pack so that the sounds will now apply to the Riviera class 143, simply re-download if you already own it.

A scenario pack (Payware) for this loco is available here http://www.trainsimulatorscenarios.co.uk/scenario-pack/32# some other very nice modern packs here also.

Yes a nice model and a good match for the Gresley coaches from Matrix trains, or the DT version. For me the Matrix ones have a better finish.

On facebook DG say that there will be news of a new German route later in the year, but no further details until then https://www.facebook.com/rails…02520496142?stream_ref=10

As the title says, new activity pack here http://www.armstrongpowerhouse…ct/product&product_id=139
Edit mixed my links up when first posted apologies, too quick to hit submit -
For anyone with reasonable English and an interest in the mechanic of the class 86 & 87 a real life driver trainer has started a very interesting thread here http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?f=361&t=136460

Have you tried JT support they are usually very quick and helpful.
-
Not really so simple, also very different Loks. The class 90 was simply a modernised class 87, the class 90 was next generation technology with an intended top speed of 225 kmh, although it never ran at this speed.

Once the train stops, put the reverser into neutral, brake should then release select forward and away.
-
It has nothing to do with AP, it is an RSC product.
-
Have you downloaded the extra stock from the product page, this will contain all repaints that are required. Sometimes the install bat. doesn't work and you have to copy over the supplied files manually. Otherwise do you have the items that are listed as requirements for the scenarios on the product page?

The loud humming is the electrical system, at around 0.50 the reverser is put into forward gear and the fans start
