    Neue Version 5.0.59 (03.04.2014):


    v5.0.59 - Some cosmetic changes to various screens to clean them up a bit.
    I have removed the Locomotive Physics options from the Edit Assets screen due to large
    numbers of changes in the loco .bin files which have rendered this option too complex
    to continue with. You can of course edit the .bin files manually as required to change
    physics options.

    this will eventually be added to the help file once it is updated.

    Neue Version 5.0.61 (11.04.2014):


    v5.0.61 - Updated the options, 'Scenarios/Build or Edit Consists' and 'Build QD Consists and Fragments' to use the SuperPicture routines which will automatically display pictures from the LocoInformation folder if there is one, even if there is no Thumbnail for the loco in the Thumbnails folder.
    Portugese language file now included (made using Google Translate, so may not be perfect..)
    New Language files may now be added by users. Just run the Lang_English.txt file through Google Translate to your language, e.g. Norwegian and save the new file as Lang_Norwegian.txt and the program will automatically add it to the list of language files in the options menu.
    Note: All lines in the language file must be in the Format 123, "This is the button text"
    That is, the line starts with the line number followed by a comma, then the text of the item in double quotes. No other format can be used, don't use commas in the text box.

    Doch will ich ehrlich sein...
    Sehr zum Unmut der RWTools-Fangemeinde.


    Diesem Tool traue ich von Update zu Update immer weniger gerne und mit gutem Gefühl meine TS-Installation an.
    Nach jedem Update beschleicht mich der Verdacht, dass dieses RWTools kontinuierlich immer weiter zu einem provisorischen und mit heißer Nadel aktualisierten Flickenteppich aus Leukoplaststreifen mutiert. Dieser Verdacht wird bestärkt und genährt von kuriosen Fehlermeldungen, Knöpfen und Funktionen, die hoffnungslos veraltet sind, widersprüchlichen Angaben, kaputten Listeneinträgen und anderen unausgegorenen Situationen, bei denen ich denke: "Mach das Ding lieber wieder zu und mach es zu Fuß! Da weißt du wenigstens, was passiert!".
    Ich würde mir wünschen -ich glaube, ich sagte das schonmal- dass Mike Simpson diese "Monströsität" mal endlich abspeckt oder noch besser: neu programmiert.
    So wie es jetzt ist kann ich die Benutzung jedenfalls niemandem anraten.
    Die einzigen 2 Funktionen, für die es nach meinem Dafürhalten noch(!) taugt (und selbst hier machen sich Probleme durch die AP-Archive bemerkbar und dieses Tool nur noch bedingt tauglich), sind der Tausch von Rollmaterial in Szenarien und die Überprüfung einer Strecke, ob alle Assets vorhanden sind.
    Aber sonst? Die ganze Palette an implemetierten Funktionen verstaubt, weil sie zwar gutgemeint sind und vielleicht auch mal fehlerfrei funktionierten, aber aufgrund der undurchsichtigen Verhaltensweisen einfach nicht verlässlich sind, wenn sie denn überhaupt noch funktionieren und jeder, der versucht, gutgläubig diverse Funktionen zu benutzen, läuft Gefahr, seinen TS damit abzuschießen.


    Das ist meine Meinung und ich bin froh, eigentlich alle Tätigleiten, die der TS oder diverse Addons oder mein Gusto bisweilen erfordern, zu Fuß erledigen zu können. Gott sei Dank!


    Trotzdem möchte ich dem Train18 danken, dass er uns hier auf dem Laufenden hält.

    Egal, wie weit Draußen man die Wahrheit über Bord wirft, irgendwann wird sie irgendwo an Land gespült.

    denke doch auch mal an die Anfänger die keine Erfahrungen besitzen, die sind froh über jedes Hilfe Programm.
    Also, ich habe mir letztens nochmal die 5.0.59 drauf gemacht, diese scheint stabil zu laufen, auch haut es jetzt
    wieder hin die Loks im Consist zu tauschen, wo es bei den vorheriegen Versionen probleme gab.

    ALL OF THE LANGUAGE FILES HAVE NOW BEEN CHANGED AND SOME 80 NEW LINES OF TEXT ADDED.
    USERS OF FILES MAY NOW EDIT THESE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEXTS INTO THEIR OWN LANGUAGE IF REQUIRED. THE FRENCH LANGUAGE FILE IS ALL IN FRENCH, BUT MANY LINES WERE TRANSLATED USING GOOGLE TRANSLATE, SO MAY NEED EDITING TO CORRECT SOME ITEMS. IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF USERS OF LANGUAGE FILES OTHER THAN ENGLISH WHO TRANSLATE THE WHOLE FILE INTO THEIR OWN LANGUAGE WOULD SEND ME COPIES SO THAT I CAN ADD THEM FOR OTHER USERS.

    NOTE: YOU MUST COPY THE NEW LANGUAGE FILES INTO YOUR RW-TOOLS\LANGUAGE FOLDER OR THE PROGRAM WILL NOT WORK.....

    Wer macht mit und hilft übersetzen, als Hilfdatei häng ich hier Deutsche Sprachdatei mit den Textnummern an. Damit weiß man welcher Text wohin gehört. In dem Language-Ordner von RWT kopierern und als Sprache Lang_German_Zahlen auswählen.
    Damit lässt sich dann die eigentliche Lang_German.txt bearbeiten.

    Ich würde mir ehrlich gesagt eine Version wünschen die in der Lage ist in die ap Dateien rein zu schauen. Viele sind verunsichert und weil etliches als fehlend markiert wird
    gibt es so gesehen unnötige und sinnlose Aktionen wo alles was ap heißt gleich vom User entpackt wird *dumm*

    Programmierer ran: wie schaut man mit Visual-Basic in diese gezippten Ap-Pakete ohne die temporär oder ganz auszupacken. Mike Simpson ist bisher nicht auf die Lösung gekommen. :wacko:
    In UKTrainsim und im amerkanischen Forum wurde da auch schon gerätselt, Lösung bisher keine.

    v5.0.64 - Fixed a bug in the option to 'Package Scenarios'.
    Fixed a bug in the Swap Assets from the Missing assets screen in the Check Route option.
    Deleted several options from the Edit Assets screen which were no longer needed in TS2014.
    Also fixed a few bugs in this area.
    Added new button to the 'Find in all .ap files' screen to extract 'RouteProperties.xml' from all selected .ap files.
    The LANGUAGE files have been changed again and you MUST install the new ones as under:-

    ALL der Sprachdateien wurden nun wieder geändert und einige 300 neue Linien der Text hinzugefügt.
    NUTZER-Dateien können nun bearbeiten diese englischen Sprachentexte in ihre eigene Sprache IF
    ERFORDERLICH. Die französische Sprache FILE IS ALL IN FRANZÖSISCH, ABER viele Zeilen wurden übersetzt
    Mit Google Translate, SO MÜSSEN BEARBEITEN einige Elemente KORRIGIEREN. Es versteht sich,
    Wenn Benutzer DER SPRACHE ALS ENGLISCH FILES die übersetzen die gesamte Datei in die eigene
    SPRACHE WÜRDE MICH NACHRICHT KOPIEN, so dass ich sie für andere Benutzer hinzufügen.

    Neue Version 5.0.65 (25.04.2014):


    v5.0.65 - Fixed a bug in the option to Edit Scenarios following some route authors changing the Location of the 'Weather' folder by moving it into the 'Environment' folder.
    Fixed a bug in the Edit Assets screen while trying to run a list of all Assets a user has, this failed if the .bin file was faulty.
    A new full Spanish language file is included with this version thanks to Juan A. Bermúdez

    Neue Version 5.0.66 (02.05.2014):


    v5.0.66 - Added new check-box to Edit Assets screen - 'Exclude PreLoad' - when selected the Contents of any PreLoad folders are NOT included in the 'Add to list' entries. I have also cleaned up the positions of the various buttons on the Edit Assets screen to put them in more meaningful order.
    A new Russian language file, Lang_Russian.txt has been included in the Language folder thanks to 'Fox 25' for this file. Please note that if you wish to use this file then the 'Locale' of your PC must be changed to 'Russia' otherwise the Cyrilic characters will not appear.

    Neue Version 5.0.68 (09.05.2014):


    v5.0.68 - It appears that some changes made previously in the 'Check Route/Scenario' options have broken the options to Package both Routes and Scenarios. The RW_RouteSetup.exe also had some bugs in it. I have therefore fixed both these options and included a new Version of RW_RouteSetup.exe in this package.

    Neue Version 5.0.69 (10.05.2014):


    v5.0.69 - Fixed the thumbnail viewer in the Edit Assets screen. Clicking on any item in the 'Name' column will now correctly display a thumbnail of the item, firstly if there is a 'LocoInformation' folder for the loco which includes an 'image.png' file. If not then the program will display a thumbnail from the 'Thumbnails' folder if one exists, and lacking that will display the first .tgpcdx file listed for the object. Hovering the mouse over the thumbnail will display +/- controls which can be used to zoom in/out on
    the picture.

    Neue Version 5.0.70 (28.05.2014):


    v5.0.70 - Fixed the option to extract RouteProperties.xml from selected .ap files, originally it did not work for multiple selections, you can now select ALL MainContent.ap files and all of your RouteProperties.xml files will be unpacked.
    The design of the 'Find all .ap files' screen has changed and the 'Unpacked/Not Unpacked' column removed as it was confusing. Now, the .ap file appears in RED if the .ap file size is approx the same as the folder size (if it is completely unpacked then the Folder size will be at least twice that of the .ap file) - However as it is possible to just
    unpack some items such as Locomotive files, then the indication is unreliable and it is left up to the user to remember if he/she has completely unpacked it or not.

    v5.0.71 - Includes a new copy of registersp.bat thanks to David Jordan.
    Fixed a bug on the Edit Assets Screen Updated the Scenario Editor so that if you swap rolling stock, it now adds the new Provider/Product entry to the ScenarioProperties.xml file - this makes it compatible with my StoreThem Utility.
