With the 101, I need to move the loco brake (which brakes only the loco) before setting off. The 101 also still have the problem it can*t reach LZB speed of 200 (at least in Munster-Bremen). Here I am speaking of the pure vR locos, but I believe the Steam version is the same. In real-life, no loco would have this suspectible behaviour.
I dont have this problem with the vR 101. After releasing the brake, you should wait a few seconds before moving the throttle.

I do have the same problem. I'm in the Bpmdzf tho, but 185-190kph is max. Normal IC mod train config.

Dafür kann die Lok aber nichts. Und soweit ich mich noch erinnern kann, ist bei 7-8 Wagen inkl. Steuerwagen eh Schluss, wenn es um 200km/h geht mit der 101. Mehr schaffte nur die 103, oder halt zwei 101.

Solved it by using two 101's for my twelve coaches, got 197 km/h at 180kN.
Already a bad value. These TTB coaches are anchors at higher speeds. For the correct "feeling" you should use the original vR IC coaches.
