Adhesion if calculated by Curtius-Knifflers equation. On each scenario start, random variable is generated in range 0.95 - 1.05. Resulting adhesion then is adhesion by equations multiplied by random variable to simulate that each loco can have its wheels used up a bit differently. So sometimes you can even get adhesion up to 290kN by 0km/h. Adhesion then also differs according to weather, atmospheric conditions, whether the train is in tunnel etc.

Kal000px Thank you for the explaination! Seems like a quite complex system. Is there maybe a way to manipulate it to have constantly high(er) values than they apper to be now? In roundabout 10 drives i never made it past the 55% mark even in best conditions.

This seemed to be set quite right. Traxx can be very slippery in real life. But I will take a closer look at it.

Kal000px leider gibt es einen Fehler in der LZB. Wenn das LZB Ende Verfahren eingeleitet wird, also bei ca 1700m vor dem LZB Ende, muss ich ja die Frei Taste drücken, um das Ende zu bestätigen. Nur leider wird dabei sofort in die PZB umgesprungen und nicht erst beim eigentlichen Ende.

Zudem, gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die LZB überhaupt zu deaktivieren? Leider werde ich auf LZB Strecken dazu gezwungen, das ich dort eingeschleift werde. Ähnlich wie bei den vR Loks, möchte ich dies mir aber gerne selber überlassen, ob ich mit LZB fahren möchte oder nicht. Könnte man da evtl noch eine Tastenkombination einbauen, wo man die LZB wieder deaktivieren kann?

Ansonsten eine wirklich tolle Lok. Meinen größten Respekt vor dieser Leistung!!! Ich hoffe ja insgeheim auf weitere solche genialen Loks.

I haven't had much time to try it out yet, but wanted to use the fast startup to take her for a spin... went through all three phases of the quick startup, raised the panto and used the main switch, I could hear the loco coming up, the panto was raised but even after releasing all the brakes I still see "traction lock" (written in german) on the left screen and I cannot depart. Any hints?

jstange traction block can be triggered by applied spring brake, train brake controller not being in 5bar position, ETCS brake test not finished, or by some "break downs". Try putting train brake controller to 5bar position and power lever to 0 position.

Kal000px the loco is very nice!

But, it´s a bit annoying, that the loco begins to slip at approximatly 140kN. I also think that this is unreal.

Have you perfomed the ETCS brake test? I struggled a lot with this at first. I didn't know I had to unlock the train brake lever to be able to release the brakes fully. So, you have to do that. Push the round, white button to the right of the main display in the middle, then release the train brake as well as the direct brake, then perform the ETCS brake test. It doesn't give a real response when clicking the button for it, so keep an eye on the air gauges.

BR 420 S Bahn RMV as I said, it depends on random variable generated at the scenario start. Rail and train conditions are not always 100% perfect in reality.

Is there some documentation about the ETCS balises that you delivered with the loco and how to use them on your route?
For example I drive under ETCS lvl2 and want to change to Dutch signalling ATB. Which balise do I need?

Will there be a "Oberstrom" function? Because in Germany as a freight train you're only aloud to use 600A and not 1kA.

And why is the the "HHLA" Missing on the Metrans locos?
