It's hard to decide where one should post this, but I choose this therad as I trust JTG are monitoring this one here closely.
First off I have to say this route is really unique, not sure if there is any other route where you are going through such steep gradients (whether up or down) at a very low speed (well, apart from the narrow gauge Swiss routes), it is exactly what I've been always looking for.
As for any errors, I won't repeat those alerady listed here or elsewhere (some scenarios cannot be completed, loco panto issue, loco sound too low (at least to my taste),...). However I'd welcome the following is addressed/added too:
- add information on signaling into the manual - I am really lost here although I do know German signalling to some extent from other routes
- add detailed "Buchfahrplan" - with speed changes and especially gradient information. The route distance markers are omnipresent within the route (which is awesome!!!) so it would be very easy to follow such a document and know what to expect - where to add power and where to start braking. This is vital to get most out of the route otherwise maintaining speed is a real challenge.
- provide an extra installer that would change the texture of the electric heater on the window to something lighter so that the outside world would not look so dim. I could probably do it myself, but I believe there will be others who would prefer this so it would be nice to be included in the official release.
- add outside sound when the loco side window is opened
- English manual would be great (but is not really necessary)
Thanks a lot!
