@bernd_NdeM & @Shamandalie this would be very good if it could be arranged, although depending on your locations this may not be so easy I can appreciate.Thank you for the offer.

@Shamandalie I think you can only try as it seems there is nobody else who can or wishes to, help with this. I'm sure that you know that you need to record these sounds without any other background noise. Once you have some sounds we will see what can be done.

Dragging brake means that the brake has not released correctly and the brake pads are rubbing against the brake discs. According to the manual instructions saying how to fix the problem should appear on the TMS screen. I haven't had this fault in game yet.

Unfortunate, copyright issue I presume. I believe the EU is looking to deal with this problem.

AP would like to extend the class 66 pack to include the BR266. But the problem is that he has no recordings of the sounds made by the German safety systems on this lok. Is there anybody here who has access to a BR266 and can make high quality recordings of the safety systems? Could the English speakers pass this on to any non-english speakers who might be able to help please. If you can help, please post here or drop me a private message.

They can't do this as Thomson specifically forbid this in their EULA, but maybe some bright person can figure out how to use the sounds.

from the creator;
I've had a couple of people ask about the engine brake, so I'll clear that up now. The engine brake works independently only when the train brake is applied, otherwise it follows the train brake. I'm sure on the real loco it had some kind of use (maybe to get the loco brake off first before the train brake was released?) but in TS terms because there's no brake pipe delay along the train it's not particularly useful.
If you're finding it slow to get the brakes to come off, use the Brake Quick Release (silver button below the driver's window - or the B key). This operates both the brake ejector and the brake exhauster at the same time and gives a quicker release. -
Slightly off topic, but the Class 442 Wessex stock re-used the traction motors from the older mk1 based class 421 etc. So they already had some of the sounds for some time.

For us Bullion is normally Gold Bars. These vehicles came after the Great Train Robbery to increase security. Later they were used on Military trains and Civil Engineering Trains. I worked Military trains with warflats and one of these between Aberdeen and Elgin a couple of times. They cam up to Aberdeen over the WCML, through Mossend, Perth and Dundee,
