I always save under a new name and clear cache after a couple of changes when building scenarios. My experience is that if you work too long without closing TS you will get problems with data corruption sooner or later.

I’ve already got Tirol and Arlberg. Does any other RSSLO routes have Ki traffic in the quick drives?

What exactly is the procedural fauna? Is it the small pieces of grass that often appear out of the blue right in fromt of the train on fields and sometimes over roads and tracks too?

I am thinkimg about turning it off. Is anybody else doing that?

I must admit that when it comes to paying for a route i expect everything to be in one package and not to have to hunt for assets on multiple homepages.

As i said, i stand corrected. And gladly so. I’d rather learn to drive correct and today i learned something new.

I stand corrected. I’ve just never done it since there aren’t any magnets at repeaters.

I’ve never once acknowledged a repeater that warned of a stop signal. I am very sure that what you are saying about wachsam at repeaters is not correct. There are no magnets at repeaters either.

I was suspecting that i was misunderstanding the protection signal and while i can find lots of good respurces on German signalling on the internet i haven’t yet found one that goes into depth concerning protection signals on platforms.

This forum confuses me at times.

To think that TS that should bring us joy can be the cause of such unfriendly discussion. And i am not talking about this thread in particular.

Our love for. TS should unite us. Not cause people to call eachother names, be in eachothers throats etc etc....

Sometimes before posting think “maybe i should take the high road”? Is it really worth it in the long run to be unfriendly towards others?

An example: i tried to improve my German by posting in German in cases where felt i was able to express myself well enough. But then i see that if you write in less than perfect German some forum members will act out towards the poor poster who forgot a punctuation or capitalizing a verbum or something. After seeing that a couple of times i just gave up even trying to write in German, since my German will never be perfect enough.

Recently i made the mistake of asking in a thread when a project would be finished. Apparently that is not an acceptable question here. Fair enough. But in this thread the same question was asked and no moderators have yet to fall on the poster who asked.

So i am asking my self if that is a case of “we are all equal, but some are more equal than others”?

Now i’ve only played TS in half a year and recently have begun programming the Real Drive scenarios that some of you may know. To make them better i sometimes have to gain knowledge so i’ve asked specific questions that were all in the service of making Real Drives better for the players, many of them here in this community. The answers have fallen into two categories. Some helpful. But also some that implied that my questions were an annoyance. You people here are the most knowledgable people in all things TS. (Noone in denmark knows anything about consists in the blueprint editor, i only have you to learn from)
But the persons that were annoyed by me asking, what did they have to gain from that? I don’t understand. Is it a kind of way of making them feel bigger or better, by putting beginners down a bit?

Anyway, i think the tone between posters could benefit from being reevaluated a bit. Perhaps be supportive and helpful and if you only have bad/unnesecary things to say, then think twice about saying them?

I really think we could get an even better forum if we were more tolerant, helpful, positive, thoughtful and respectful.

I haven’t tried any night scenarios but driving to the christmas party today i noticed that at daytime things that are in the shadows in real life are nowhere as dark as things in TS is when RWenhancer is on.

Despite Inntall is not the prettiest of all TS routes it is actually my favorite.

That is my only real complaint as well. If there was a way to have zero bloom on the train cab graphics but 50% on everything else it’d be great.

Here you can see how the “random nuance in 2d vegetation” effect in RWenhancer works. As most of you know the original Mosel Valley route is very much the same green color all the time. Here it is really helped by that RWenhancer effect.

At Trier hbf (right at the end of the video) i get a zwangsbremsung when passing the schutzsignale. Even when using befehl40. What am i doing wrong at that particular point?

Really we just want the entire German and Austrian streckennetz. And a bit of northern Italy as a bonus.

@fizzbin There is a pretty good looking La Spezia to Genova freeware route in development. Pictures look extremely close to real life.
