Unfortunately there is no de-installer. I mostly drive quick drives and i can’t live with the weather not functioning. I did take a backup before installing, but i also did some work on Real Drives so i will have to find a way of saving that work before reverting to my backup.
Thinking of it. If there is never a fix for this, everybodys quick drives will have their weather/sky ruined forever

Thanks for confirming. Could i ask you to report this to AP? The more people that report this to AP the bigger the chances for a fix.
Another bug: In standard TS weather the the daylight changes during the day even during quick drives. This does not seem to happen with AP weather.
I have a bug with the weatherpack.
In quick drives try setting the season to summer, weather to fog and the time to 17:00
On my system the sky is blacker than black with this setting.
Another bug is that snow defaults to the old TS snow at 17:00 too.
I’ve tested it on München Garmisch. München Rosenheim. Mosel Valley. Tirol. Arlbergbahn.
You have to do this in Flensburg. Duisburg is too far away from Denmark

Yes true. But sometimes, as you know, routes comes without any trains in the preload folder. So first i am going for routes that have trains in the preload. And the only way to know that, without owning the route(!) is to ask if anyone has seen trains in the quick drive of the route.
As we talked about some months ago, it might not be wise to mess with other users preload folders, and i am asking for routes i can make Real Drives for without doing my own preload blueprints.
So the only way to know if i can make a Real Drive for a route like the Südbahn is to ask, since i do not own it.

It is a very useful tool. But it only works if i al ready own the route and i am asking because i want to know before i buy the route.
I always put in extra destinations at places where the dispatcher could potentially take the wrong routes. When it comes to the dispatcher take this stance: If it can go wrong it will go wrong.
Don’t leave route choices up to the dispatcher.
I am trying to make the weatherpack work in Quick Drives in Herman routes from DTG. But they are all packed as ap files. The new weather itself works as expected but the clouds and background skies do not.
With routes that are not packed as ap files (Koblenz Trier, Arlbergbahn etc) it was easy and worked, but no luck with routes packed as .ap files.
I tried unpacking Lübeck Hamburg, changing the TimeOfDay data as described and then zipping and renaming as .ap but it broke the route and i got errors when loading scenarios. Good thing i had a backup. Have any of you managed to get the clouds and background skies from weatherpack working on german dtg routes?
I am no moderator, Gott sei dank, but what is a discussion about the assumption of Romanian moral standards even doing on this forum?
I always save under a new name and clear cache after a couple of changes when building scenarios. My experience is that if you work too long without closing TS you will get problems with data corruption sooner or later.
I’ve already got Tirol and Arlberg. Does any other RSSLO routes have Ki traffic in the quick drives?
What exactly is the procedural fauna? Is it the small pieces of grass that often appear out of the blue right in fromt of the train on fields and sometimes over roads and tracks too?
I am thinkimg about turning it off. Is anybody else doing that?
I must admit that when it comes to paying for a route i expect everything to be in one package and not to have to hunt for assets on multiple homepages.
As i said, i stand corrected. And gladly so. I’d rather learn to drive correct and today i learned something new.
