Koblitzer Bergland (where is 3 scenario)

Hi

I have TS2013, and Koblitzer Bergland 1.2, on the list I have three scenarios:

- Rushhour at Altenburg
- Wildauer Stadtfeste part 1
- Wildauer Stadtfeste part 2

But I can not run, I need to download additional content ?
