Hi im using locoswap but is working only in a free romaning scenario,

Am besten machst du zuerst mit TS/RW Tools aus dem Karriere-Szenario ein Standard-Szenario dann kannst du es mit LW bearbeiten.

It’s best to start by using TS/RW Tools to convert the career scenario into a standard scenario; then you can edit it using LW.

There's probably a block in place there to prevent better chances of getting the highest score by swapping locomotives. (Carrer Scenario)

Correct, it is also why you get an error if you change the tracks.bin on the route as well. But you can overcome that.
