Just Trains helped me out several times with different problems. Always a respons within a day!
If you describe exactly what you have done (look for instance how big the file was that was installed)(of topic) There administration is ok. once I could not update, seamed I had not the correct add-on developed by Christrains. They wrote for me to Chris Trains and helped me wonderfully.
