Hmmm komisch. Ich habe das ja getestet, und habe dieses Problem nicht.

Kann es sein das die E189 nicht Quick-Drive Kompatibel sind?
Jedes Mal wenn ich mit dem ein Quickdrive Szenario fahren will,komm ich zum Hauptmenü zurück mit der Meldung "Schnelles-Spiel konnte nicht geladen werden" könnte mir da jemand helfen?
Ich glaube die E189 benutzt die Kuju-Kupplungen, du musst im entsprechenden QuickDrive-Szenario den Kuju-Provider aktivieren (das grüne Häkchen setzen), oder auf Strecken fahren, bei denen der Kuju-Ordner schon aktiviert ist, z.B. Ha-Si. Einfach mal die ersten zwei Kapitel dieses Wiki-Artikels durchlesen 
Wenn du die mit dem 146 Cab nutzt, musst du nach meinen Tests auch den Provider des Metronoms aktivieren, von dort kommt ja das Cab.
Jop ich nutze die mit dem 146er Cab,aber ich hab alles von RSC aktiviert,von PM Design aktiviert aber es funzt nachwievor nicht

yes, that's a way to resolve this problem. I described this already more than a year ago.
You should be aware, that in the long run, you end up with activating many provider/products, wich always will be loaded, even if you don't need them. On small systems, this may lead to the situation, where you cannot use these QD scenarios any more.
The real problem remains: a bad loco asset structure - but this can only be changed by the loco provider (or the user herself)
Yes, it is not ideal to activate all these assets by default.
I have thought of doing something different on my cab updates. I could make an installer that copies all needed assets into my PMdesign folder. I then point every part of the engine to this provider which then becomes the only one that needs to be activated. On the other hand this would mean a lot of redundant data on your disk... The repainting business is full of challenges

that's the way to go.
In the RailSimulator Aera, it was common to partially share assets. That worked, to some extent, because of a small content footprint, where the Simulator could load - more or less - everything.
In the meantime, there is so much content, that it is impossible to load everything. Nowadays, an asset should be self-contained, whenever possible.
Alas, as a repainter, one cannot change the structure of the original asset, and so the problems will probably continue until some future TS version.

Hat bei mir nicht funktioniert 
Habe auch den Cache geleert nur wenn ich im Szenario Editor alles aktiviere, fragt er mich wenn ich es dann fahren möchte nicht, ob meine Änderungen gespeichert werden sollen. Also habe ich ich beim Fahrplan eines anderen Zuges einfach einen Buchstaben geändert. Somit fragte er mich ob ich die Änderungen speichern möchte. Dies habe ich getan und wechselte daraufhin in den Führerstand und bemerkte, dass es noch immer der alte Führerstand war. Was mache ich denn falsch???
Du hast aber schon die Lok mit Namen xxxxx (Me 146 cab) ausgewählt?
Wenn du einfach in einem Szenario welches die Br 189 als Spielerlok nutzt die Provider aktivierst, hast du logischerweise immernoch die Lok mit dem alten Cab. Das Update überschreibt die alte Lok nicht, sondern fügt eine neue mit dem 146 Cab hinzu. Wenn du in einem bestehenden Szenario die Lok mit neuem Cab nutzen willst musst du die Lok mit Rw-Tools gegen die Kopie mit 146 Cab tauschen. Beachte aber bitte dass du vor dem Tausch im Editor ClassMe146 unter RSC aktivieren musst.
