[DTG] BR Class 117 DMU Add-On

The 117's were built with Leyland engines. The 101's were originally two classes, 101 with AEC engines, and 102 with Leyland engines, the 111's and a very few others had Rolls Royce engines. In the 70's AEC engines were no longer being produced and there were no longer any spares, therefore the AEC engines were replaced with Leyland engines. The two engines sound almost identical. The Rolls Royce sound different, but the 111 was incorrectly released with 101 sounds. It has been confirmed that this is the IHH model with some changes made by DG, no doubt we can look forward to further releases of former IHH. I think those that paid for the final package are not going to be very happy.

Es ist zwar schon eine Weile her, aber da der Triebwagen gerade wieder für ein Scenario interessant wird und es noch keiner heraus gefunden hat, die Antwort.

67,6 Mph = 108,23...Kmh

Benötigt 3:57 min. ohne Leerlauf-Hochschalten-Gas. Mit Auf/Abschaltung wahrscheinlich über 10 min.

Offiziell eigentlich 113 km/h (70 mph), zumindest darf er das auch, wenn er es vielleicht nur bergab oder mit Rückenwind schafft.

Ja mag sein, ich hab das Ding nur wegen des Beitrags kurz getestet...und das von Gatwick nach Brighton. Mehr ging da nicht...;)

Das er Bergab schneller wird, ist sicher nicht ausgeschlossen.

Ich wollte Dir auch nicht widersprechen, ich habe die Class 117 für den TS nicht weiß es also auch nicht. Vielleicht schafft der im TS die in Wikipedia angegebenen Werte ja auch gar nicht.

Ach nee...kein Drama...ich hab den Wiki Link gesehen...nur war mir nicht mehr möglich an Vmax im Sim. Bin da noch 2 min weiter gefahren, aber mehr ging echt nicht.

Beschränkt oder nicht...egal. Macht dennoch Spaß...
