No 1 will get an permission to repaint the 193 AC/DC .... because they have contracts with ELL (Europe Loco Leasing) they´r Contract partners has forbidden repaints!
That was an Answer i get! I asked 2 Month after release .... i think there is nothing changed!

For yourself u can do what u wand u can publish pictures and Videos but u cant share the paint it self! ;/
Thats a reason why this loco aint get any Scenarios xD
