TS 2016 DB BR 189 Power Corrected

After I made my DTG BR 189 Dispolok with MK features updates, I noticed very poor performances. In the same scenario, BR 185, ES64, BR 101 and BR 120 handle much more easily long and heavy consists. After a lot of new tests (Physik Frage: tractive effort in Three Country Corner Route), the BR 189 have the lowest performances (shared with BR 145) from my elok collection. it's obvious : DTG have forget to put the right amount of kW in my favorite engine. So, I create a new TractiveEffortVsSpeed.dcsv for my engine witch brings performances at the Taurus level.

This small ap files brings to the MK BR 189 more realistic performances (at least according to me).

BR189pc160.ap : Power correction and speed upgrade 160 Km/h for the MK BR 189.
BR189pc140.ap : Power correction (max speed unchanged) for the MK BR 189.

Install : copy one of the ap in the folder Assets\DTG\RhineValley1
Uninstall : delete the selected ap file
