TS Classic [EL] SNCB Stopping Markers Neu

Hi this is the start of my SNCB Assets Collection, for now there are currently stopping markers, but i'm planning to add a lot more in the near future

All assets can be found under the [EL] prefix, and for now the stopping markers are under currently under the category "Clutter"

This includes :

VN (Voie Normal) Stopping Poles
CV (Contre Voie) Stopping Poles
(Pole) Stopping Markers with Poles
E374 Stopping markers, these were specifically made for Eurostar's E320
