Yes, ICE 2 (which I miss a lot) was what I meant.
I confused the 4 with the 2.

I also have the feeling that TSW 6 is disappointing this year compared to German railways.
-
Yes, any extension of a previously purchased route will have at least half of it already known.
Mathematical.
However yes, an ICE 4 would have been absolutely right.
-
This happens because patches are being used improperly.
Originally, they were intended to address small fixes or oversights in a game's programming.
Instead, patches are now used as an excuse to release incomplete or hastily released games or programs.
But this is something that happens in general with online games.
It's not just a TSW problem.
-
Probably because the best is yet to come (140, 420, Wittenberg, etc.).
I'm happy with the extension of an existing line like Leipzig.
However, adding a shunting locomotive like the BR 294 (which I was eagerly awaiting anyway) isn't the most exciting combination imaginable.
Furthermore, having to install both Leipzig and Riesa-Dresden at the same time (which I won't do) is a bit of an own goal.
-
Please note that (most likely) the BR 145 EL (assuming you are interested in this locomotive) will be implemented quite decisively in Leipzig.

The 2017 TSW is no longer the same program as today.
I think it's clear to everyone.
And UE5 (since we always end up there) isn't the solution to all problems.
-
The final confirmation.
A full path and another half path to install.
Mentally ill.
-
Random events for non-TSW 6 routes have already disappeared.

BR 145.
Gulp!

You should try uninstalling the mods one at a time to see.
Something similar happened to me a while back (I'm on Steam, though).
I remember it was a foliage mod (for RSN).
-
Some mods usually cause this problem.
Do you have any mods installed?

Actually when it comes to cross-border routes, Czechia would actually be great as well.
Especially the Dresden-Děčín...
Dêcin...🤔
Now that I think about it, when I used Trainz many years ago, there was a section of amateur route that could be downloaded from the famous "Download Station."
It ran from Bad Schandau to Dêcin.
I played with it a lot.
I used to spend my evenings on that route.
Fantastic Railway.
In total, it's about seventy kilometers from Dresden to Decin.
It's incredible that this was even discussed on this forum!

Exactly.
Sometimes DTG really does feel like being tight-fisted.
-
Dresden-Decin would be a dream...
From Wikipedia:
"The D.752 locomotives are diesel-electric locomotives designed and built for the ČSD (the state railways of the former Czechoslovakia) which had registered them in the T 478.3 series (and since 1988 in the 753 series); a certain quantity of them was acquired or leased by some Italian railway companies such as Ferrovie Nord Milano, Sistemi Territoriali, RTC-Rail Traction Company and Ferrovia Sangritana after having obtained approval from the RFI (CESIFER)."

Again, a personal opinion.
The only countries well represented are the United Kingdom and Germany, and somewhat similarly to Austria, which is (also) closely linked to Germany, with many routes and add-ons (almost) always interconnected.
I'm very disappointed by the absence of Switzerland, France, and Italy, which could be excellent cross-border countries.
I didn't buy the Dutch route, even though it borders Germany, because it's too isolated.
Personally, if TSW were an expansion game with random routes thrown in, it wouldn't be for me.
I used to be a fan of TSC.
Unfortunately, it's too dated now, and TSW is better in many ways, starting with the ability to enter the cabs (in first person, I mean)
What I really miss is the ability to buy a boxcar or any other rolling stock like in TSC, just to own it and watch it without worrying about the "layers."
If I wait for DTG to develop a freight car like an RS or an Hbbins or a Saadkms etc...

TSC is, most likely, a once-in-a-lifetime program.
Thank goodness TSW has TSG...

So Japan is similar to Italy.
If you don't travel on the Frecciarossa or "Italo Treno" high-speed trains, you risk contracting cholera on (almost) all regional trains.
Returning to the topic, I don't think the idea of secondary (let alone tertiary) routes in countries like the Czech Republic (where there would be the CD Rail Jet, a twin to the Austrian one, which is also severely lacking) or Japan (and the Japanese high-speed train?) is particularly successful.
Portugal is simply beyond any concept (broad gauge 1668).
But this is just MY PERSONAL OPINION.

I'm happy for those seeking variety on the TSW.
I console myself (a lot) with LEIPZIG-DRESDEN, Stuttgart, and TSG...
-
There's another puzzle on the map.
Stuttgart confirmed.
Heilbronn???
Maybe they could increase the route length a bit?
-
The Road Map says:
"The other two are for the newly announced DTG route Stuttgart-Heilbronn. Since that route plays around the year 2000 we decided to have a further traffic red one of that older train to better fit the route. Both liveries were running there at that time. Technically, not much has been changed with the new variants. Of course, the "retro" versions will not have LZB or EBuLa and are equipped with the older style radio."
So these two versions for Stuttgart are both red?
