There is a solution in the thread on UKTS, but it is a very long thread. I am working so I can't look at the moment. I only have a few minutes for ![]()

If it is being released next week I doubt much will change, but you can hope.
-
Or they could have used the sounds from the class 90 or 91, they would have been closer than the 86.
-
Unfortunately, as the loco is not currently running it is impossible to record sounds from it. But you might have expected them to try to do a little better. Some of the modders on here have shown what is possible. Hopefully the physics will be ok as well. But a nice surprise, only Inter-city colours though, presumably licencing issues.

Announced in their live stream https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7cNc1QrTzk
Release Thursday next week.

There will be an enhancement pack and these wagons will be in a separate pack as I read it. I suspect they may be a requirement for the enhancement pack scenarios, which would be a bit on the cheeky side. Time will tell.

Ich weiss, nostalgie

Maybe, but none of these problems matter in TS. I remember having a similar hatred of the IWB sliding wall ferry wagons and the flat version because of the ferocious brakes that took forever to release. I like them much more in TS now.

Actually I read your post quite well, and I still think it is out of order. You made an unfounded suggestion with no facts to back it up on a public forum. As for politically correct posts, I don't think so. If you feel that my post are too politically correct for your tastes then I suggest that you block me to avoid being offended by them. I have said enough and I will now block you to save any further unpleasantness. I don't wish this to become a popcorn thread.

I would say a potentially libellous statement given that it has been repeatedly said that backward compatibility between old and new advanced add-ons was unlikely due to the way TS works and that in the event there is compatibility it is likely to be limited. Maik has said repeatedly that TS is the main issue and everything has to be rebuilt for each add-on. Common sense would also dictate that if Ulf wished to go down that route he would have done it right from the first release. More likely it is an unintended consequence of the update. Perhaps you would like to show us where it is officially stated that there will be backward compatibility.

From Facebook;
To complement our forthcoming Class 86 Enhancement Pack, we have developed brand new FSA & FTA wagons.
With 560 FSAs & 140 FTAs built, these container flat wagons have been the mainstay of Freightliner services from the early 1990s to the present day. Featuring 37 container liveries, standard/'high cube' container variants, a 'tanktainer' & Railfreight Distribution/Freightliner liveries, the FSA/FTA Wagon Pack will be your go-to pack for all realistic intermodal operations.

TS2017 Raildriver and Joystick Interface V3.2.0 released
(Advanced Mode Only)
1. Added another warning to the overlay that will display a message advising you that you are approaching a reduced speed limit if your current speed is 2 mph or 3.2 kph above the reduced limit and you are within 1km or 0.6 miles of the limit. An audible warning will sound too but will only sound for 2 seconds. The message will stay displayed until you reduce your speed to less than 2 mph or 3.2 kph above the new speed limit. This warning can be turned on or off in ‘Settings\Overlay\Main\Warnings\Approaching Speed Limit’. This has been added to help where some routes have speed restrictions without warning signs.To enable this warning to be sent to the serial port I have added the line ‘Warning=SpeedLimit=SpeedLimit’ to the ControlNames.txt file. If you are updating from an earlier version then you will need to add this line to the end of your ControlNames.txt file located in your Settings folder.
The data sent will be SpeedLimit:SpeedLimit:60 the 60 being whatever the next speed limit is.
data[0] = “SpeedLimit”,
data[1] = "SpeedLimit",
data[2] = 60(Both Modes)
1. When editing a button map I have added another menu option to the menu that appears when you right click on a row. It’s called “Copy Command” and will allow you to make a copy of the selected command. This is to allow users who want to use two buttons to turn something on and off such as the wipers with ‘V’ and Ctrl+V’.
You create the first command and assign it the ‘V’ key, then make a copy of it and just change the keys to Ctrl+V. This applies to any commands such as increasing/decreasing headlight or wiper speed etc. -
I have bought add-ons from Aerosoft since early MSTS days, and I have had almost no problems with them so far. A polite enquiry on the forum was all that was needed the one time I needed help.
