On Facebook they have identified the place with the bridge and the steps as being in one of two places. One the most likely is the island line, and the picture inside the 38 stock as I knew them, or class 483 in their much reduced form would seem to confirm that it is the island line.

ceber1 Yes it is possible, I use a Hotas throttle and it works with the new BR11 from VR. I use a Raildriver for the brakes etc, eventually I will get another throttle for the train brake. It should also work with the old BR111 as well but I haven't tried it since I got the Hotas.

As is noted elsewhere on the forum UKTS has software issues. Sometimes it works, sometimes not, even for me in Scotland regardless of browser. At the moment it is working. Long overdue an upgrade, but I sometimes feel that the forum there is unwanted.

*New Scenario Pack out now**
VP05 Midland Mainline Bed-Pan 2007Priced £3.99
Available from;https://www.vulcanproductions.co.uk/scenariopacks.html
This pack consists of twelve timetabled scenarios, adding almost twelve hours of extra activity to MML London-Bedford and all based around the 2006/7 working timetable, unit diagrams and other appropriate documentation.
This gives a good variety of Freight & Passenger workings. Including Express & Stopping workings.

jhz37 I was thinking more of Kiter, as I recall he does not feel comfortable with manipulating files in TS, and there are others who feel the same way.

Hello,
I tried to drive the BR 111 and the control car with a joystick using the rail driver software.
Result:
- The traction control and brakes in the control car as well as the brakes of the BR111 can be easily controlled
- The traction control of the BR111 moves, but the speed steps do not react in the "up-down" and Z range. Only the 0 detent works.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
Greeting
Peter
Hi pebe , unfortunately I don't have to add-on, but I would suggest sending the a copy of the .bin file to the software creator, together with a description of the issue and how you have tried to resolve it. His e-mail is at the end of the manual and he is normally very helpful. Unless of course somebody else here has a solution to offer.

It is pretty certain that scenarios will come for the version with no logos, so unless you are confident in your ability to move them to the old version you will lose access to these new scenarios.

More from Facebook;
As aluded to in our last post, Volume 2 of the Class 37 Locomotive Pack is on the way!
This volume will comprehensively represent the unrefurbished /0 sub class. This is the condition that all 309 locomotives were released from the works in the 1960s and are often thought of as the 'proper' examples of the fleet.
How will this vary from Volume 1 then? Here are just some of the main differences:
- Numerous external variations such as the split headcode box, different nose grilles & bufferbeam skirt
- Cab rebuilt to add unrefurbished details where applicable
- New liveries
- Brand new engine sounds recorded from 37029 at the Epping & Ongar Railway
- Tweaked physicsStay tuned for more information over the coming days!

From Facebook, update of West Higland Way
So TaaRaa! - here it is! - V3.0 at last!
This version includes the new section of route out to Methven Junction and to Highlandman and onwards to the Earn Viaduct. It is virtually a new build of the route, having had a major workover/update throughout. There have been far too many changes to be listed individually.
Also, the AP Sky & Weather patch previously included with the route was not working, that has now been fixed and new patch files included.
Please read the 'readme_1st.txt' file or the route manual for details on installing the route - both are included in the download.
Stewarts Quickdrive and Freeroam scenarios are included in the route. Graham Bell has modified his existing scenarios to suit V3.0 and has created a new scenario that includes a run along the new Methven Junction section. A link to his scenario pack will follow shortly.
The route has been checked out fairly exhaustively by myself, Stewart, Graham Bell and Dave Haych - many thanks to those last two, your feedback was a great help and your efforts are much appreciated.
If anyone runs into problems with installing or running the route or finds errors etc, please don't hesitate to report it here - we are happy to help and all feedback is welcome.
Have fun - Cheers Al

It has now been updated several times and continues to improve. We now have the Wherry lines and Cumbrian routes. A long way from TS in some ways, but does some things much better than TS.

The video is a recreation of a real life advert on TV using a class 37 and HST

Announced with this video on Facebook. Looks to feature the un-refurbished class 37's
-
Perhaps the British Class 67 or class 68 would also be suitable. They look more European than typically British. Class 67 200 kmh, class 68 160 kmh.
