You have to search for the manuals on the net. Found the TSW and TSW Ruhr-Sieg so far, now looking for Spessartbahn...

The TS2019 Ruhr-Sieg was funny for a while, but with oldish rolling stock and a terrible (but funny) track to put it mildly. So I took a peek at the upgrades, tried a few. The decided to get the ultimate "upgrade" and purchased TSW. Just for Ruhr-Sieg. Been driving for days now, love the services. Excellent graphics, frame rate, good feeling in general. Best about the services is I can jump straight into cocpit and start driving - just like TS. Occasionally, it's also fun with the Aufgaben, where I have to jump outta the loco and end the mission by taking a pee in the bushes. As for real!
Thank you both for explaining the tunnels. After a successfull visit to dentist today and tunnels explained, headache is gone ![]()
The SHG 1014 is great, but only 4000HP. There's a fine freeware loco, the OBB 1144. Of course you have to know how to swap locos with the Editor, or just make a consist or two for Quickdrive.
I'm happy with Brennerbahn. Works fine with PZB too (but I think there's a snag before Worgl when coming from east). Interesting tunnels. The OBB loco is a total catastrophe, but to be expected. Me, have my fun with the OBB 1014, and the Velaro. I have the Allgaubahn too, but it will not get installed before they fix both the 245 and the tracks.
PS: How come they can afford those tunnels on flat earth when the original line is flat anyway? I get a headache from that :-p
I had the same problem with the Hamburg-Hannover upgrade (not Deluxe). I solved this by installing "Radiomaster Complete".
Reminds me of Wilhelmshaven...
I was able to finish that one. Either I drove to section x or section y, but I think I stopped once, then (surprised) got order to drive ahead to the next piece of platform, which gave me mission success. I may mix this with another scenery, just telling.
Yes, RC6 1422. If memory serves, RC5 looks like it, but the RC6 is geared for passenger trains only. RC5 was also a "first" regarding bigger air intakes made for tough winters. We built our El-16 on this one, but with 1000Hp more. They are stored behind the RC on the pic.
I asked for loco type and not registration, so first answer win, Lokomotive! But on a personal note - you both win ![]()
Kim, I found out if I use T, that freigabe switch is moving, and I need to move it to "lock" before driving. If I use the HUD and click with the mouse, I get around that switch. Being an old railwayman, I do like to "rig up" a loco, and "rig down" after driving. At the same time I do not want every switch to be realistic, hence I blame it on me being "lazy".
This is also why I have a problem with TSW. I need to walk to the loco, hear the birds sing, climb in, arggh. But OK when one of the missions ends with I have to go into the bushes in order to pee ... I start to LIKE it. ![]()
I have found out (from my laziness) ... that if I use the HUD to open/close doors, I don't need to use that freigabe switch. Correct me if I'm wrong. ![]()
In order to not hold this thread too long time, and the fact I cannot be on the net every day - I'm revealing this is the EL-17.2232, after one 750V auxilary converter caught fire, and became totally carbonized. The smell was so bad we had to move the loco to the outside.
Gute Morgen,
The El-16 does not have the walkway in the middle of the engine room, but on both sides. Hint: The loco on the pic is actually our first with the walkway in the middle, as many modern German locos have.
Sorry! I need to get better on translations.
Thank you. Ack by the 60 speed sign (1000Hz), the yellow signal (40km/h, 1000Hz), in the station (500Hz) = hurrah. Donnerwetter was I slow on this one
.
Say...
Are PZB magnets also placed by those small, yellow speed signs in station areas? Because today I drove into Bremen without the HUD, and acknowledged by the 60 speed sign, by the yellow signal, and almost got all the way in. In the station itself the 500Hz came into play. There are a lot to read on PZB allright, but little info where the magnets can be placed.
