REAL DRIVE advanced, Bremerhaven - Bremen. The randomness made this drive more busy than usual. But that is what those are all about. Variation.
That was one German rule i did not know. Untill now. Makes sense. That is why Lokführer that drive freight trains can drive many routes, just using the Buchfahrpläne, as long as they keep under 100km/h?
This must be what is happening:
I must be gettin hit by the Bremskurve very quick because i am going 150 km/h. The strange thing is that the Standort of the Vorsignal makes it impossible to react soon enough. I do acknowledge but i am hit by the Bremskurve faster than the brakes can work. Only with Streckenkenntnis (is that the right word) can i avoid that.

If i didn’t acknowledge at the right place, the 1000hz lamp would not light up.
Can i ask? Why is there a gpa at that Vorsignal. What purpose does it serve, when all it needs Signaltechnisch is a 1000hz magnet.
PushingTin Yes very sure. Tried twice. I am driving the vR101 so pzb should be fine.
I will do a video tonight.
Btw. Amazing route you have built. I am almost finished with the Real Drives for it.
I am beginning to think this may be an issue with th vR101….
HI Kim,
if you pass the signal with the warning (80) with 100 km/h or more , you have to acknowlege
the warning, and you are in the brake curve like you get with a normal warning signal. If you
pass the signal with lower then 100 km/h, you will get no magnet interaction ...
Greetings .. Armin
I do acknowledge. But still get zwangsed imediately, which i shouldn’t. Either here should be a speedwarning sign about 400m before the Vorsignal (so i know i have to slow down from 160kmh), or there should be no gpa at all by that Vorsignal, but only a 1000hz magnet.
The first warning of 80km/h ahead is at the Vorsignal. So when i acknowledge i should have 650m(? can’t remember the exact distance) to slow down to below 80. I certainly should not be zwangsed only seconds after passing that first warning.
Or put another way, this is what should happen:
I drive at the line speed (160kmh)
I pass the Vorsignal with the Zusatsanzeiger that shows 8.
I acknowledge and slow down within the brake curve, and all is good.
This is what happens:
I drive at the line speed (160kmh)
I pass the Vorsignal with the Zusatsanzeiger that shows 8.
I acknowledge but get a Zwangsbremsung only a few seconds after passing.
I can make you a video of it if you want me to.
What a lovely route this is. I am building Real Drives for it. However i bumped into an issue: Just before Bremen Burg (richtung Bremen) there is a distant signal that shows a warning of 80km/h ahead. I acknowledge but get zwangsed imediately after. I’ve checked twice with the same result. Could it be the wrong magnet type at that signal? Or perhaps some built-in gpa function that has a wrong entry?
It is a fine route. I am happy with my purchase.

“Das Projekt Nordbahn wird in naher Zukunft erscheinen!
Das Projekt ist in 4 Phasen aufgeteilt und wird Payware sein.
Phase 1:
Wien Floridsdorf bis Bernhardsthal

Phase 3:
Wien Süßenbrunn bis Wien Hauptbahnhof
Phase 4:
Floridsdorf über Stockerau bis Retz

Bad implementation of pzb in the 406 is my guess. If it works with some trains and not with others, then it’s most probably the train that has the fault.
It is a known TS bug. But usually it goes away if you do the following.
First i am assuming you use Ts64bit.
Clear cache. Tell Ts to restart. If you haven’t done any modifications, Ts will now start in 32bit. Then quit Ts32bit.
Start Ts64bit
Now page 2 of qd spawn points should be available again.
Remember to use f2 often when creating qd scenarios This will keep off the bug for a longer time.
Resume: when this happens in ts64, after clearing cache, ts must start in 32bit. If you clear cache and restart direct to 64bit the problem often persists.
Und wie gesagt, bei der PZB kommt es meistens auf die Strecke und nicht auf das Fahrzeug an,
Sorry aber das muss falsch sein. All the route does, is to give the code for a certain magnet type to the player that passes it. So if some player trains reacts incorrectly to the code, it is because pzb is implemented wrong in the train. Yes there are places on routes (even on high quality routes) where a magnet might be falsely active). But if the train does not react correct to simple codes, then the train is falsely coded. Remember that the codes that the train recieves when passing a magnet, are standardized. So the code for 500mhz-magnet-active is the same on all the routes. Otherwise it would not work across all locomotives.
Never had a Zwangse at Frankfurt Stadion richtung Mannheim.
RSSLO Gleisbau has been fine on the last routes they’ve done. Some people just perpetuates the critisism that is only applacible to early RSSLO routes.
chr.train Ahh come on. It’s not that bad. Pzb mostly works ok even on DTG routes.
And driving without it is really boring.
Already. That must mean it’s closed to finished.
My wife once asked me how much a route costs. I told her and her answer was that considering how much joy and relaxation i got out of each route, the price is not very high.
Yes, i have a sweet wife ![]()
Maik Goltz nah that wouldn’t be humour. That would be an act of cruelty against humanity, and thus punishable by law.
