Sorry I have a problem basically I was modifying a scenario created by me and at a certain point it no longer wants to open and it always gives me out of memory even with the graphics at minimum what can I do?

I also encountered this error frequently and thought my route was corrupted. It's a bug; something in the scenario is faulty.
After that, I deleted all the scenarios, and then I was able to reload the route; this error seems to be caused by the defective scenario.

From my experience this happens at some point if there are too many too heavy providers enabled (e.g. K-Trains Vectron).
Try the following:
- Clear cache
- Launch TSC and open the scenario "Wash and go" on Munich-Augsburg
- Move a couple kilometers to the west with the camera
- Play the scenario out of the editor
- Wait for the scenery to load
- Quit the scenario, but don't close TSC
- Load your scenario in the editor
Either you live with it that from now on, you (and other players, if you intend to publish the scenario) need to do this workaround to load the scenario. Or you attempt to simplify it (deactivate some heavy providers).
If this didn't help, something else is broken and you need to roll back to a backup or start from scratch again.
