1. Nobody will build something just on request. It's way too complicated and time consuming building a route and takes months of dedicated and hard work.

2. It's just 57km of tunels, right? I personally couldn't imagine anything more boring to drive virtually.

So I'm afraid nobody will build it, but you can try for yourself if you want. There's lots of useful knowledge here (in German though) and you'll find lots of freeware objects you can use in the Download section.
