  • You're in the wrong section of the Forum, maybe one of the moderaters can move it. ;)
Nevertheless, according to one of the Comments on the Wiki page the Error is known, did you followed the instruction below it with downloading the Script for Unreal Tournament 4 at QuickBMS Site?

  • I only use quick bms after i cooked my textures with the UE4 editor, this is how i do it:

For extracting the .tga files from TSW2 i use umodel.

Then i use paint.net to repaint the extracted .tga files.

For getting my repaints in the TSW2 again i do it this way:

    1. inserting my repainted .tga files into the UE4 editor

    2. cooking the textures to a .pak file (this way you dont have the correct subfolders)

    3. with quick bms i unpak the .pak file created with the UE4 editor

    4. placing the ue4 files in the correct subfolders

    5. then i use the windows powershell and u4pak to make the final .pak file

there is good video on youtube that show it step by step:

There are only two things that have changed over time and are still in the video... you dont place the repaints in the ~mod folder, now its the DLC folder.

And underline "_" dont work in filenames, but you can use "-"
