You need the update to V1.04 before installing the Ayelsbury extension.

Some people are experiencing frame rate drops and dumps. Already updated to V 1.02.

Thats’s right I got update 1.04 and still there are some drops. My computer is nearly high end and normally there are no problems or dumps. But indeed I like this route ant his ambience. I think it is really difficult to satisfy both thing: a low frame rate and a great scenery.
