    This BR Clan Advanced collection includes models of all the ten Clan Class loco's that were built as well as the new-build 72010 Hengist, early and late style tenders, a set of Just Trains Mk.1 coaches and 15 scenarios that will give you over 20 hours of driving challenges!


    These locomotives are the most realistic developed by Just Trains and boast a huge range of genuinely Advanced features, realistically operating controls, accurate animations, and amazing smoke and steam effects.

    Clan Pacific


    Clan Pacific clean - pristine condition with no weathering
    Clan Pacific clean - fitted with AWS and speedometer
    Clan Pacific intermediate - lightly weathered and equipped with AWS and speedometer
    Clan Pacific weathered - heavily weathered and equipped with AWS and speedometer


    Clan Pacific 'Hengist'


    The new-build 'Hengist' locomotive has oval buffers, tablet catcher brackets removed from the cab side, operational air braking installed and the footplate access doors fitted to the tender and not the locomotive. It is in pristine condition and equipped with AWS and speedometer. The distinctive sound of the Westinghouse air pump can be heard. We have included a set of configurable Southern region headcode discs and the Hengist's rear damper. In the cab are TPWS and OTMR panels although these are non-operational. The air brake system has its own set of gauges included.


    Locomotive numbers and names


    You can choose to drive each of the ten originally built Clans with fully 3D-rendered nameplates. (To do this you need to put the correct locomotive number in via the scenario editor.)

    COACHES


    This package includes three types of Mk.1 coaches created by Just Trains, all complete with passenger view, a unique leaking steam effect from the coach heating system and connecting vacuum hose pipes and steam heat pipes. The steam heating can be turned on and off from the locomotive footplate control.


    The Mk.1 coaches are in a maroon and SR green livery in the following versions:

    Ja die Lok ist komplex, aber von der Steuerung fast identisch mit der Advanced Standard 4MT von Just Trains. Wer also die fahren kann, fühlt sich hier zu Hause.
    Mit reicht es jetzt mal nach 35km inkl. Steigungen, bin rußverschmiert und verschwitzt und erschöft, und ich glaube der Lok gehts auch nicht so gut, wenn man meine vielen Fehler bedenkt, mit der ich sie mißhandelt habe (durchdrehende Räder, 103% Wasser, kein Druck am Kessel).


    Aber dafür gibts ja das Swapper Utility und dann kann man eine der am besten aussehenden Dampfloks auch im Idio...äh, einfachen Modus fahren :P

    UPDATE: Kein Wunder, dass ich meine Probleme hatte, leider ist der Dämpfer falsch beschriftet, sobald man diesen in die richtige Richtung dreht gibt es Dampf satt (siehe dritter Screenshot, zweiter Screenshot zeigt small Injector und large Injector in der richtigen Position für die Bremsen während der Fahrt).

    Sind beide Loks kompatibel mit dem Workshop. Genauer : wenn ich die Lok bei JT kaufe, funktioniert sie dann auch beim Steam-Workshop ?

    @kiter : Kann man erst beantworten, wenn im Workshop das erste Szenario mit der Clan auftaucht. Ist aber die Frage, ob das tatsächlich passiert. Zu einem ist die Loksteuerung ziemlich komplex, zum anderen ist sie bei JT schon länger erhältlich und daher vielleicht schon <ausgespielt>.


    Bis das DLC in einem Sale auftaucht (wird wahrscheinlich dann aber eher im Herbst sein), ist im Moment eher der Kauf bei JT angeraten. Dort ist sie einen Euro preiswerter ist (da DTG beim Euro als einziger Währung einen 10% höheren Preis als die Basis-Währung hat), man noch einen Rabatt für zukünftige Käufe bekommt und außerdem gleich 15 Szenarien erhält. Was bei dieser komplexen Lok für die meisten ausreichen sollte, bis sie die Lust verlieren. :D
