I'm also premium subscriber and have the issue that I cannot login. I've found an email address on my PayPal bills: [E-Mail Adresse entfernt]
But the support on ATS is absolutely bad.
There's nothing more annoying than an answer to support request which repites the description of my problem without a quick solution for me...

| Hello, since a few days I'm not able to login into my ATS account. I always get an error message that I should verify my email address. When I click on the link to resend the verification link, I get a message that I will soon receive an email with a link to verify my account and that it may take up to ten minutes. I've waited for days now and didn't got any verification mail. Neither in my spam folder. Could you please send me the verification directly to my email address? I think the automated process behind the appeard error message doesn't work. Please also send me a backup mail directly just if my provider isn't able to receive mails from your website. Thank you very much. |
Hello,
Which link do you use to login? Please use this one and try it again https://alanthomsonsim.com/my-account/ If you account says it needs to be verified please ensure that you are requesting a link. To do so please visit the link above and try to log in. You will see an error message displayed which says "Error: Please verify your email address to continue. Resend verification email" Please click on the "Resend verification email" link. You will then see a confirmation that the link has been sent. Please check your email account and click on the link in the verification email. If you are not receiving an email, please check your spam. !! Please note that at present there is a known issue with some email clients blocking our emails. This tends to be custom email domains or accounts. Using a commercial account like Gmail / Hotmail etc will often fix this issue. If you email is not up to date on the site then it may have sent the email to an out of date email address. |
to clarify: I don't use a custom mail domain and my email is still up to date...
