What you do not understand is why TSW editor is so mysterious.
It seems DTG has to invent hot water!
Trainz, TS and many other programs have already a good editor for a long time.

Is since 2013 that DTG speaks of TS with UE4.
I understand that to develop a program from scratch takes time, but it runs at the speed of an Italian local train.
In 4 years of work DTG have presented a route for US freight trains without a editor.To me seems too little. -
In my opinion DTG is simply short of money.
Showing it, is the continuous discounts of addons for TS and the prolonged elongation of GWE pre-order (programmed at art?). -
DirectX 12 is in parallel with TV's 4k.
If televisions do not broadcast with this high definitionthey,they lose their sense.
To date games that support directx12 are still a handful.
And to use DirectX 12, medium-high band PCs are required. -
For my curiosity,when the first DTG Rail Works came( in 2009?), did it already have the editor?

I also read that Sky Hook games have done a project with ue4 for DTG Fishing.
When DTG develops the TSW editor external developers will work fast...
