The doubt is: either the programmers of this SIM are geniuses in their work or the DTGs are amateurs in their work.
SIM Rail 2021 seems to promise a little too much.
We will see later (and with what quality).

I can't understand the correlation between PS4 issues and a preview of a new DLC (Riesa-Dresden in this case).
Basically we are not talking about a release, but only a preview.

With the UE4 update (which increased the FPS, at least as far as I'm concerned) and the mods of Nickhawks (Streckenupgrades), LondonMidland mods (Rain Visual, Dinamic Clouds, Signal Lens Flare Reduction) and Nina mods (Winter / Spring Leaf Fix), the TSW is now truly exceptional.
Excellent graphics.

I'm in confusion.
I managed to update the TSW2 (38 GB) in 2 and a half hours of time, but I can't try it now for business reasons.
So did I get Rush Hour or do I have to wait to buy Riesa-Dresden (as I'm not going to buy the subscription)?

I don't think they did it because the community rebelled.
They redid their calculations and realized it was convenient for them.

About the UE 4.26 update, yesterday DTG Matt said:

Historically it is a fools errand to start big development works on a major update to the engine because there will be many other changes and fixes. When we upgraded to 4.16 for Great Western, we ended up having to take a LOT of fixes from the unreleased 4.17 and even a few more fixes from the unannounced 4.18 to make it all work. We don't rush to do engine upgrades, it's far more dangerous than the benefit.
Also bear in mind, an engine upgrade to the game is around 6-8 months of engineering effort (or at least that's what 4.23 to 4.26 has been). It's not trivial in the slightest.
Personally, i'd have rather spent that 6-8 months on new features in the game, but upgrading in this case was essential for various reasons so here we are."
