Indeed the first "BR 1442 Mitteldeutschland" (not the Rapid Transit route, although there are some mods that improve it significantly) is, at least visually, still outstandin, especially with ToD4.

Before the official announcement of TSW 3, a "teaser" was released which ran for several hours.

The routes and trains for TSW2 have been purchased (and accepted) in the state they were in at the time of release.
I think adding TSW3 functionality for some of the old routes (if it happens), should be paid for.

I really believe the locomotive is optimized for Time of Day 4 routes, since KWG has the ToD4.
DRA is equipped with ToD 3.5, which is already better than the previous paths, a bit washed out in my opinion.
ToD4's guess for DRA is related to a major upgrade this path has received (source:SteamDB).
However, again, this is just a guess.
