I'll get it on Tuesday as a "Regional Edition".
Does anyone know if Legacy TSW 3 Reskin (like the one pictured below) works in TSW 4?

It will be released in 1-3 months, as will the JT, RVG and German routes and even more.
Sounds like a lot of work to me.

In the end you have to have an opinion and a personal taste.
If you just listen to what other people are saying, you'll walk to the edge of a cliff and beyond.
I like the TSW4 and am happy to spend my money.

Well, then I just can't figure out what you're doing in the TSW section. 
Apparently there is also the RABe 523 running on the Austrian path.
