Patch released, available from the Ap product page. Apologies for no link. I'm in Augsburg and my phone is misbehaving. Brings a new Railtrack livery, fix for the wipers and some other fixes.

It is a partner programme, I get the impression that the route is mainly to show of the loks. I suspect even DTG would be reluctant to produce new vegetation & assets for South Africa, too many resources required, for what is likely to be a niche product.

Probably won't be until somebody produces suitable assets, but at least it looks a little better than the last horror.

Thomson have an agreement with DTG that means in effect they operate as a part of DTG. They have said this previously. Releasing the route on their own would not be an option

In real life the light was very poor, you would only know it was switched on at night and even then it was weak. I haven't tried a night run yet, but if it doesn't work, an e-mail to AP might be an idea, of course it may also be something in the game that prevents it.

It will come free from Steam Sounds Supreme, but it is not quite ready yet, shouldn't be too long. North lincolnshire lines also saw a lot of first generation DMU's, mixed with loco hauled trains, and in modern times it is almost all dmu's for passenger trains, although of course there is less track in modern times.

Thge Steyning line is a southern freeware route that is in devolpment and would be ideal, but it is still WIP unfortunately.
