Deactivate in steam, close steam, restart steam, reactivate route in steam. Sometimes it works without closing steam, but from experience not always.

Yes they are exactly the same, you will be told you already have them.
-
Yes, it is one of DTG's better add-ons. Fun to drive.

Manual http://cdn.edgecast.steamstati…anual_EN.pdf?t=1505992682
Key Features
- Includes BR Class 419 MLV BEMU in Network Southeast and ‘Jaffa Cake’ liveries, BR Class 421 ‘4-CIG’ and BR Class 423 ‘4-VEP’ in BR Blue & Grey Livery
- Three challenging career scenarios for the South London Network Route Add-On
- Quick Drive compatible
- Download Size: 140MB
BR Class 419 MLV BEMU Pro Range Functionality
- Realistic throttle control with camshaft control operated by a current limiting relay. Also features manual notching and overloads.
- Series wound motor simulation.
- Realistic simulation of the 3 types of braking system fitted to the MLV, electro-pneumatic (EP), automatic air brakes (Auto Air) with triple valves on the MLV and the ability to simulate 3 types on the train portion (Single pipe with distributor, dual pipe with distributor and triple valves), and finally vacuum brakes. Cast iron tread brakes are simulated on the MLV and on the GUV/TTA but the MLV can account for legacy brakes as well. A variety of brake modes are provided to allow ease of use in scenarios and allow easy compatibility with other EMUs such as the 4VEP, 4EPB etc. However custom brake modes can also be produced using scenario scripting. EP brakes can also be failed using scenario scripting.
- Realistic adhesion model with scripted wheel slip and slide, which can dynamically adjust with the season and weather conditions with additional scripted functionality to account for factors such as frost, rail condition, leaf fall and oil patches using scenario scripting.
- Parcel loading and unloading system which can randomly load or unload parcels from the count at each station stop, or be manually overridden by scenario scripting.
- Guard system which will apply emergency brake if you attempt to move while the MLV doors are open, in addition to ringing the bell once loading has been completed.
- Deadman’s device simulation which by default is operated automatically but can be controlled independently if switched to advanced mode.
- Statistical information such as energy consumption, thermal efficiency, distance travelled, estimated CO2 produced and average speed available at any point during a driving session
- Changeable head code blinds (locked during scenarios).
- Simulation of the traction batteries with realistic discharge and recharge cycles (about 6-20 hours to recharge).
- Ability to vary line voltage from 0V (unelectrified tracks) up to around 830V using scenario scripting and the simulation will vary motor performance accordingly.
- Ability to raise/lower buckeye coupling and extend/retract buffers at each end by player action or by scenario scripting.

North Lincoln Lines update
From UKTS;
John Kirk has released a new update to his route:
The new update is of the New Line (Coningsby Junction to Bellwater Junction) so that trains from Lincoln will be able to traverse it for the seaside, which was an important factor in seaside specials.
Retford included in update (so that Cleethorpes - Grimsby - Barnetby - Gainsborough trains can start or terminate by the ECML)
Details of improvements in this release:
New Line: Scenery completed, including new wooden platforms at Coningsby
Retford Gainsborough line: Lines (includes stretch of ECML), all sceneryNew Assets: Cleethorpes wooden roller coaster, Cleethorpes Pier, the groynes at Cleethorpes, Blundell Park (Grimsby Town’s ground), Barnetby maltkiln, Wrawby Junction signal box, Barnetby Station footbridge, plus lots more small assets such as capless windmills (as they were in the 1950s).
There are also the lines from Clarborough Junction to Lincoln, and from Gainsborough Lea Road to Sykes Junction, both to be scened up at a later date.

In my opinion, none of the videos above accurately capture the sounds of the Warship, some have too much bass, some too little with exaggerated treble. AP sounds are a big improvement, but I can tell you as somebody who was a real life train driver, they are far from perfect, especially inside the loco. Regarding the exhaust, many diesel locos made a lot of smoke when starting, usually this gradually faded, but if the fuel injectors were set up incorrectly due to poor maintenance/knowledge then you had a lot of black smoke whenever the throttle was open. Under BR maintenance was often poor, especially for locos not on important duties or regarded as non standard. The class 52 and 42 do sound a little different in real life.
-
@RalfK there are I believe at least two operational Warships, I suspect that a pack will be forthcoming from AP. I had the pleasure of travelling behind one in the 80's over the North Yorkshire Railway.

@Thor there is a fix described in the add-on thread on UKTS, not sure if that is what you have done. But might be worth posting here in German if you are able. My German is too limited for such things.
-
@Thor In the Western Hydraulics thread it has been reported that the AP/Matts expansion class 52 input mapper appears to be conflicting with the input mapper for the new version of the class 52. For me the class 52 won't even respond to the raildriver, although other locos outwith the pack seem to be ok. Haven't tried the class 42 and 35 new versions yet.
-
@Thor the reason the train brake doesn't appear to work in the scenario is because the wagons have no brake. The train is what we call 'loose coupled' or 'unfitted' the only brake available when moving is the loco brake and the guards hand brake. If the train had to go down a steep gradient it would stop just before it and the guard would pin down hand brakes on the train sufficient to control it's speed so that the loco and guards brake were available in an emergency. It was very skilled and sometimes went wrong. I have worked these type of trains myself, they finally disappeared in the early 90's. I think that you have mixed up the scenario names as the 52 scenario is 'All kinds of everything'.
Edit having just finished the scenario I can now say that DTG have incorrectly provided the wagons with a train brake which works well. So if you have a problem with the 52 it is either a faulty download or an issue with your installation of TS.
