Momentary toggle switches are also useful because one can go in each direction as long as one wants. I use them for cruise control, wipers or head lights.
Tomorrow I will get an Elgato Stream Deck. I wonder how I can use it for TS.
I've got a few of them. A PZB-module, pantograph etc. Replaced the rotary with a pot instead. Miss the tactic feeling, but I'll figure something out for it.
Maybe I'll post a pic of the build later on.

Each position is connected to a port on a PoKeys interface board.

I'm trying to set up a rotary switch, with four positions used, to use for the reverser. Any ideas on how to set it up? I would like it to work as following; when in position 1, reverser in position forward, position two as neutral, position 3 for position off (If applicable for the locomotive) and position 4 for the reverse position. Is it possible by using a rotary switch instead of an analog input lever?

Ich brauche Hilfe, weil ich Probleme bei der Recherche mit der Übersetzung habe. Kann mir jemand ein Beispiel für die Werte geben, die ich mit dem PZB M, O und U codieren muss? Es ist ok, wenn es nicht 100% realistisch ist, ich möchte nur den PZB-Modus auf 100 km/h, 120 km/h und 160 km/h oder 200 km/h mit LZB ändern. Ein Beispiel aller vier Werte für jede Art von PZB-Zug. Danke im Voraus.
Die PZB-modus sind mit der Bremshundertstel (Brh) verbunden.
Zugart U: Brh 65 und wenigerZugart M: Brh 66 - 110
Zugart O: Brh 111 und mehr.

Payed, downloaded, installed and now trying it out. And together with the wonderful small program RWAnalog by luca009 I've managed to match my controllers working perfectly. The only downside? My boss called me in for work tonight, for a long haul up north. Dang it!

AI lokos can only couple wagons which are unmoved from beginning of the scenairo.
Does this mean that a AI-loco can’t uncouple from its train, go around to the other end and couple up to it again?

Hallo alle! Im manchen Bahnhöfe sind am manchen Gleisen keine hauptsignale zu finden. Z.b. Gleis 309 bis 316 im Regensburg Bbf ist nur mit schutzsignale ausgerustet. In richtung Sinzing gibt es im die Bahnhof kein weitere hauptsignal. Daher gibt es, wenn ich das richtig verstehe, in richtung Sinzing kein Ausfahrsignal. Wenn ein Zug von diesen Gleisen abfahren soll, wie bekommit er dann die zustimmung von der Fdl? Gibt es ein besonderes angaben in Buchfahrplan/EBuLa?

I just want to clarify here, in no way have I, nor do I intend to ”demand” it. I just tried to be a bit sarcastic and ironic over people being just “demanding”. I don’t expect it at all, especially since it’s just too much work for the general Trainsimmer.
And btw, even if I get your point which I totally agree with, Vectrons do actually operate in Sweden. There’s several of them, both equipped with a Swedish STM-module and traditional ATC-panels. Hector Rail have quite a few for use in both freight trains and Flixtrain-services.
Snälltåget also use Vectrons for all their trains in Sweden. Rumours also have it that SJ’s night trains to Germany (which will begin to operate in this year) will in the future be hauled by Vectrons all the way to Hamburg, even though this is yet to be confirmed. So we de have Vectrons. As for Denmark, their new Vectrons will soon begin to operate to Hamburg on a daily basis with EuroCity-trains
But then again, I totally agree with you. It’s small countries and it just wouldn’t be worth the effort to make specific systems just for the sake of it.

But this makes be think, are you maybe planning for a Snälltåget scenario now that the first train left for Austria today? If so, do you want to cooperate? I would love to provide you with some swedish announcements.
