I’ll pass, being more into normal gauge routes.
I am sure it will be a beautiful route that will bring much joy to those who buy it though.

DTG just wrote on their TS homepage forum asking for things to take into consideration for the future of the development of TS. And also stating that
“This won't be the last time we do this. Despite the age and breadth of add-ons available for Train Simulator, it is a living platform and as such worth looking both backward and forward in terms of improvement.“
So i think that at one point DTG thought that TS could just be put nicely to rest. Indeed @Maik Goltz at one point said that only one person was working on TS, while the rest was transferred to TSW. But now they seem to have changed their mind, and are putting work resources back into the platform.
Danke für deine Antwort. Da bin ich ein bischen entäucht. The route is already close to being unplayable to me because of the flimmering tracks. @B42 I really hope you will do a fix for those tracks. Otherwise it will be money lost for me unless someone makes a tracks update. My eyes simply get too tired of the flickering tracks. Will there be an update or is it better for me to ask for my money back?
So the route is 30€ And none of the trains i have are zub compatible on this route as i only have Swiss trains from Rivet Games. This means that i’ll also have to buy a train from Trainworx to really drive the route. So now i am close to 50€. But still with flickering tracks that just kills it for me.
The sales pages really should say what type of zub has been used.
(Btw @Ich bin you can answer me in German. I understand it quite well, i just can’t write correct in German, and i know how much value is placed in Rechtschreibung here on this forum)
Hi there. Just bought the route. I have a couple of questions.
1. I drove the Zürich -Olten quick drive and was surprised to find that most of it was in the right track instead of the left. Are there areas of Swizerland where there are right track driving?
2. I drove the Rivet Games RABe 526 and it did not once pick up ZUB. Near Olten i drove past 2 Vorsignals showing coming speedrestrictions. One Vorsignal saying to expect stop. Not in any of these cases was i asked to acknowledge. I also drove past a red mainsignal and not even here was i stopped by the zub. Shouldn’t zub work on the route?
(Edit: i tried with the Re460 from Rivet Games. Same result. No zub.)
I wasn’t specific enough. The probability of spawning ai trains need to be assigned a percentage so that they can be random. And also the way that they only begin to move when the player train gets within 2km.
My speciality is advanced quick drives with randomized traffic in front of the player train in order to generate random red signals. I am not really interested in TSW before those things are possible.
Still no possibility to make a quick drive as far as i can see.
All possible alarms going off at once.
ZLB could be emulated by a signal lowered to the ground and having to use TAB to get permission. That would also work in Quick Drives.
I left a reply regarding the dispatcher code.
@Winpit old men can still rock. I love that performance too.
@XinoTroN i was just about say that ![]()
Looking much forward to the route, complete with Bernauer Fahrsperre ![]()
I am not normally an s-bahn type of guy, but this route will evoke memories of good hollidays in Berlin.
Wozu also diese Nachricht?
It’s called teasing, and this form of advertising generates sales. It is an effective and proven way to get potential costumers to be excited about the release of a product. This is no different than hundreds of other teasers posted here everytime a new product is in the making.
ZUB (earlier called Signum Integra). Google is your friend.
There must be some kind of Zugsicherung?
Edit: Or is it just the pzb magnets that are placed different (above the third rail, as shown in the picture)?
Technical question. I am just looking at a Führerstandmitfahrt from Spandau to Schönefeld and noticed that the sbahn didn’t have pzb magnets. It looked like ETSC balises instead. Am i wrong?
@ben412 Nein, ich hatte das Problem selbst. What is strange is that the installation of DBtracks made it go away. Several users has reported this exact problem.
@vzweihundert Try clear cache. If that does not work. Try installing the DBtracks. Then clear cache.
Yes i am aware that no DBtracks are used in the Rodachtalbahn. Yet that solved the problem for me.
@zero909 Thanks for the correction
I edited my post.
(Only goes to show that eventhough my german is improving, i can still get such an easy sentence completely wrong)
We can conclude that it is a route with semaphore signals. That is always great ![]()
Unknown at this point.
