Kombihebel

I have a cab with levers,buttons etc. But i cant setup in the blueprint editor a kombihebel.

I try the multi-ref lever option, but not working. How can i make, that the lever middle state is not throtthle ,from front of the middel : throttle, and backward is dynamic brake?

Sorry for bad english. I hope clear my problem.

is it enough to set the Regulator and dynamic brake controllers just in the reference section or define them as a separate control value and after in reference?
