Is possible uncouple the wagon?

i would like to say no, i think only with a scenario where you have to uncouple.

It is possible, but a little tricky because of hitboxes. Best is to use "c" and not standing normal.

As Blackhawk said, usually they are not uncoupled, besides Ruhr-Sieg Route with Br363 and maybe scenarios.

It's possible with the Dostos and the IC Coaches (considering the german coaches), but you are not asked to do so by the game, except with the Br 363 on RSN (as far as I know).

You can also uncouple some of the EMUs (obviously at the points, where thy are designed to be uncoupled, not in the middle of one-EMU-Set), but that needs to be done from the cab, and not by walking (or flying) to the coupler. So this is not so easy and sometimes doesn't even work at all.

You can sit in the drivers seat and press 2 two times to get the camera at the end of the train. Move the camera between the coaches and click on the coupler to uncouple them. Go Back to the 1 camera, and repeat the process, this way you can uncouple the train from behind wagon by wagon.

Thats wierd, you should be able to get between the Wagons with the 2 camera... You can turn around the mouse until you are directly infront of the coupler and it should look like this:
