I can not speak any single word of french, but to know, if there needs to be an 1000Hz Magnet, we need to know, how fast, you were allowed to drive, befor it is getting down to 80.
If you were allowd to drive more than 100 km/h, then, Yes, you need an 1000Hz magnet.
If you where allowed to drive just 90, then, you normaly do not have an PZB Magnet there. -

Have you a file pdf or same a video so that I can placed correctly the borders of PZB between those this: -
Then, you need the "De 1000Hz Perm" at this spot.
The Best way, to lern, how PZB is placed, is to look at good German addos like Hagen-Sigen V3 (also called HaSi V3), You can find it her in the Downloads.
It is n ot so easy to install, because of some Downloads requiered, but there you can see, how PZB works.
Just for information:
HaSi V3 is NOT Ruhr-Sieg-Line from Steam, it is an total rebuild.yours

No, HaSi V3 ist just way better than Ruhr-Sieg, so, if you are Looking for great PZB, lokkt at HaSi V3. And Use the Signals from Signalteam/Schuster. You can Find those Signals also in the Downloads.

In the Hagen Siegen V3 are the Signal-Team HV-Signals, i think You have installed them already, because they are necessary for this variant of Ha-Si. They are full kompatible to the PZB installed for the Route. please look in the Readme there are the Links for both, you shold need. Both have Info-pdf's how to use.

In Original HASI are the old KUJU-Signals with a lot of mistakes in funktion and in inserting in the Route. e.g. wrong Link Positions ... There are Magnets from Kuju already set in the Route, so you have to replace them.
Forget original HASI from DTG, install Ha-Si V3 and have fun. All the work is done.
