TS 2012 Seebergbahn superelevated

    I have modified Seebergbahn by replacing it's mainline track rules
    and adding superelevation settings, and i've enabled the superelevation
    where it was possible without track reworkk (but this was enough to make
    default seebergbahn scenarios unuseable). So i've made a free roam and a
    standard scenario for it.
