In this scenario, you'll be in charge of a SBB Re 4/4 and serve as a banking engine (rear helper engine) to assist a southbound freight train to pass through the north ramp of Gotthardbahn. This is a rework of one of the MSTS Gotthard scenarios into Train Simulator.
You'll need to activate the front engine manually before you leave Erstfeld otherwise it will not supply traction.
At Gurtnellen you'll halt to give way to a southbound InterRegio train.
After you reach Goschenen, you'll drop off and head for the siding where your engine will wait for its following duties.
Vmax: 70km/h.
You're supposed to be the pushing engine at the rear of the train, so it is advised to drive without the ZUB. (But you can still turn it on if you wish, or even drive the front engine during your climbing journey.)
Since there's no way to observe the upcoming signals as a pushing engine, you'll be noticed about the approaching signal when you reach Gurtnellen.
