As I understand, the Austrian route, the VECTRON and DRA (which I already own for TSW 2) with ToD4 will be released separately.

The (nervous) wait for the big (?) announcement causes digressions of all kinds.
I don't want to spoil anyone's day, but I think most of the hopes, for example pages and pages of "dreams" that can be read in the DTG forum, are just chimeras.
The new (or allegedly new) TSW has already been planned for months and therefore the final product is already finished.
The only "obstacle" is the time that is still missing for marketing.
Let's say that for me this is a hindrance, since (logically for commercial reasons) DTG will not anticipate anything (not even a poor teaser) of what will happen in August/September.
In case the TSW was upset, who would ever buy an addon for a boiled game (speculation)?
Meanwhile (for those who love American trains), the SkyHook livery collection is available now.

Most of the discussions are said and repeated by the usual small group (even a little frustrated).
You are not obligated to own a video game and at the same time be a member of the relative forum.
I would agree if DTG charged for upgrades of old routes to the TSW3 standard.
