Yes - the newsletter takes about an hour to send to all existing customers and people on the mailing list. So some will get it immediately, some people it will take time. I'm on my own mailing list and it took 2 hours to get to me

I have Ril 483.0113 as a PDF from 2009 and 2016. The problem is I was getting conflicting info from different places. I have three different PZB documents (one analog scan from a book, and two PDF files) and two testers commenting on PZB and between them I have 5 completely different descriptions.
In the end, I went with Ril 483.0113 as closely as I could but like I said - the v1.0 installer is already locked so any further changes will likely have to happen in a later update. PZB is just so complicated to try to code - there are so many places where the logic can fail.
That's why I'm careful to document this as an "emulation", not a "simulation".... -
The sound update is done - the v1.0 is 'locked' now for release so there won't be any more changes before friday.

Guten Abend zusammen! Ich weis nicht wie es an einem Release Tag ablauft, daher wollte ich wissen ob ich am Freitag den FLIRT 3 bei Aerosoft sofort kaufen kann. Ich sag schon mal danke im Voraus.

In theory it will be available at JustTrains, Aerosoft, Signalsoft, RailTraction and of course ChrisTrains - all at the same time.
In practice, sometimes it takes the other stores up to a day to get everything on sale. -

There is no release date yet. Beta testing finishes today. That doesn't mean release tomorrow. -
Also - one final feature just added - you can pre-set the destination on AI consists AND player trains (using the train serial number in the consist editor) AND you can still change the destination when driving. This was something that I thought would be easy but turned out to be very hard. Like everything in this game

There's a saying in English - I'm sure you have it in German too - "you can please all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time"

I know the German market is a lot more demanding for this game which is why the beta has been so thorough but at the end of the day, I have to release something and move on to the next project. Many people will like it. Some won't. That's how it is with all my releases

Vielleicht könntest du mal dem Chris bescheid sagen das das Führerbremsventil eine falsche Funktion hat. Dieses funktioniert wie beim DTG Talent 2 (BR 442).

The combination handle operates the throttle and dynamic brake with a brake blend to pneumatic when the handle is >50% brake. The pneumatic handle overrides all pneumatic brake functions when moved out of the 'off' position.
At least according to Stadler's technical documents..... -
The buffers have "override" protection like this. It's to try to prevent the train from riding up over another train in the event of a collision.

My apologies - the video has the wrong 'high' pitch. The corrected one has it's main tones at 2kHz, 4kHz and 6kHz, with an overlaid but quieter set of tones at 4khz, 8kHz and 12kHz.
It will be OK when the train is released. -
I hate to be picky, butI think the ''base sound'' or whine which doesn't change in pitch of the Süwex Flirt is a different pitch in reality. And it also sounds, I don't know how to explain it, different.
It must be the game then because I matched the frequency exactly using sound analysis. I can look again but as you know it's incredibly difficult to get the game to make sounds properly.

The game really doesn't support toggle/push switches so right now it's just a toggle switch for up/down in speed. -
