I played AC/DC version in Mannheim - Karlsruhe route. The locomotive is frozen when activated LZB. I hope they will fix quick!

I have a problem!
Summary: A few items of stock have very bizarre physics for brake release.
When releasing the brakes of certain specific types of consist, these wagons surge forward and sharply increase the speed of the whole train. The effect is not explained by buffer compression or gradients, and in some cases is sufficient to cause a derailment. What could be the problem?
