It has come to my knowledge that my tracks, wich are available for download at Vias3d's website, have been included witin the package of the route Ara-Terup, created by the webmaster of this site Desrupter. I was not asked for permission to do this.
Mr. Desrupter, if you in the readme.txt included in your package clearly state that it is forbidden to publish your route on any other site without your permission, then why do you distribute my tracks and other people's objects without even asking first? Didn't you read my license? Should i do this (extracted from your package):
"Sollte mir bekannt werden das diese Strecke ohne meine ausdrückliche Erlaubnis auf anderen Internetseiten angeboten wird, mache ich von den Copyright Gesetzen sofort Gebrauch !"
