Anyoner having problems with 3dzug?

    I have purchased a number of items from 3dzug in the past but because of a drive failure of my railworks drive I'm starting from fresh.


    Items from a lot of sellers, Aerosoft, Armstrong Powerhouse, ChrisTrains, Virtual Railroads etc I just go on my account and download the items again.


    And some of my items from 3dzug are downloadable but about 4 have gone out of date - I have confirmation I purchased DLC in my account at 3dzug and the code to install but it was 10 years ago when I bought it and the code lasted until 2019

    Other items from 3dzug bought in 2016 have a date until 2047 - does not make sence


    I have sent a number of emails to 3dzug, directly and using their contact page but no replies.


    Anyone else having problems with them ?

    Are you sure nothing's on your disk? Have you taken a look elsewhere on your pc yet?


    Try to speak to other developers working for 3dzug. There's plenty here and I'm sure if you've got any kind of proof you used to have the missing add-ons installed they'll get you a replacement free of charge.

    Worst case scenario would it not be happening and you having to buy all you'd lost once again.

    The disk that Railworks was on just failed so I lost everything. I purchased a new disk and I'm slowly rebuilding my collection


    My Account on 3dzug show I purchased the Konigs Bergland Reloaded and I have 99 times to download it but the download expired in 2019

    I'm not asking for something I don't own - just the ability to download it again.

    Everything I buy and install for any Trainsimulator I put it on an external memory (in my case a 128GB flashdrive), so that i don't lose those items with a memorycrash. ;)

    The 128gb Flashdrive won't hold much and will it still work in 10 years?

    I'm storing my add-ons on a 1TB external drive

    Still no reply from 3dzug


    10 days and counting.

    I have about 89 Gb on the flashdrive, and that includes files for Railworks/TSC, MSTS, some other Railway related simulator and a lot of drawings on scale concerning railway lines in Holland, and I have this about 5 years now i believe. ;)
