I guess it tells you "Federspeicherbremse"?
If yes, take a look at the right side of the cab - there you'll find two buttons, here labeled as number 6 and 7. Press and hold button 6 to release the spring brake (or "Federspeicherbremse" in german), then you should be able to move.
